Douche : eau chaude à peine tiède
Petit-déjeuner : j’ai pu prendre un café et un jus d’orange, mais le dernier matin, l’employé de service m’a dit que c’était soit l’un soit l’autre. Il serait bon de clarifier ce règlement tant auprès du staff que des clients. Et franchement, ne pas autoriser deux boissons au petit-déjeuner, c’est ridicule et assez pingre!

La gentillesse du personnel. La chambre été propre, bien équipée et très jolie. Le petit déjeuner juste magnifique: beaucoup de choix, fait maison et super bon. N’hésitez pas à venir quelques jours pour visiter la ville.

Good experience but I don’t think I would return.
Pros:

Location js good and all the staff are friendly and well trained.

Cons:

I basically stayed in a windowless room and due to the lack of air circulation, breathing became a bit bard from day 2. Despite the beautiful deco of the hotel, it is an old building so the sound proof system is poor.

Piacevole
Pros:

Struttura molto bella e ricca di fascino, situata in un edificio storico in stile coloniale nel cuore di George Town. L’atmosfera è sicuramente uno dei suoi punti di forza: gli arredi delle parti comuni e delle camere, i mobili d’epoca e i bellissimi pavimenti in legno conservano il carattere storico dell’edificio e rendono il soggiorno particolarmente piacevole.

La posizione è ottima per esplorare George Town a piedi e permette di raggiungere facilmente le principali zone di interesse della città. Anche la sera è molto comoda, con ristoranti e le vie dello street food raggiungibili con una breve passeggiata.

Un aspetto che abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente è proprio la location: abbastanza vicina alle zone più vivaci da potersi muovere comodamente a piedi, ma non direttamente sulle strade più caotiche e rumorose, permettendo quindi di rientrare in un ambiente più tranquillo dopo una giornata in città.

Nel complesso, un hotel con molta personalità, che consiglio soprattutto a chi cerca una struttura caratteristica e coerente con l’atmosfera storica di George Town, senza rinunciare alla comodità della posizione.

Cons:

Il bagno, sebbene spazioso e funzionale, con doppia doccia e doppio lavabo, risulta piuttosto datato e poco in linea con il fascino della camera.
Le persiane, normalmente chiuse, rendono l’ambiente molto buio; non sono semplicissime da aprire. Una volta aperte, la luce naturale cambia completamente l’atmosfera.
La disposizione della camera su due livelli è caratteristica e può risultare scomoda per il trasporto delle valigie.
Infine, la terrazza all’ultimo piano è uno spazio piacevole e meritevole, decisamente poco valorizzato.

房間舒適乾淨明亮，入住時有送我們迎賓小飲料（不知道是不是因為有加購早餐才有的）飯店人員友善服務也很好，加購早餐有七八種選擇，我們點了燻鮭魚貝果（燻鮭魚給很多！好吃！）以這個價格來說非常划算，讚讚👍

Estupenda estancia
Pros:

Estuvimos tres noches. Muy buena ubicación. El hotel precioso, la habitación muy cómoda y limpísima. El desayuno en el bar del hotel perfecto.
El equipo de recepción super servicial, Nina nos ayudó muchísimo con los transportes.

典雅復古的裝潢和家具很漂亮，房間寢具乾淨舒適，空間蠻大，每天都有新的瓶裝水，服務人員態度友善也盡力滿足我們的需求，非常感謝～浴室的部分有點小問題，不過以這個價位來說還是很滿意，推薦👍

Cons:

浴室的排水很慢，幸好有兩間（一間慢到水會淹出來，另一間好一點，要洗一下停一下，或者水開小一點）
