Ungemütliche Zimmereinrichtung. Das Frühstück war nicht gut.
Der Spa Bereich/Pool ist nur für Männer. Das Stockerk auf welchem der Spabereich liegt ist total heruntergekommen. Die Decken sind offen, es ist schmutzig und es stinkt nach Zigarettenrauch.
Von aussen sieht das Hotel ziemlich nobel aus aber innen war es eine Enttäuschung. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht überein.

La relación calidad precio, me parece bastante caro. Hay mucho ruido exterior en las habitaciones. Respecto al desayuno muy muy pobre. Dos de los recepcionistas muy antipáticos.

Très bon hôtel pas loin du centre de Hanoi, excellent rapport qualité-prix.
Pros:

Le bon emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté, le confort de la chambre et la grande gentillesse du personnel. Un grand merci à eux.
