Do not go to this place. It is far from the center of Zurich and has nothing to do with the Radisson hotel, even though they refer to it in the hotel’s name. It is only meant to deceive tourists. And since they know it will be difficult for you to find the location, they steal your money if you don’t arrive on time. THIEVES.

Komme wieder!
Pros:

Die Komfort Zimmer war so wie auf dem Foto, wenn nicht noch schöner. Der grosse Fenster war für mich der Heighlight, wenn es draussen dunkel ist. Auch diee Badezimmer war sehr nach meinem Geschmack eingerichtet. Es gab genug Tucher und auch Kosmetik-Tucher waren vorhanden. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bestimmt wieder.

Cons:

Leider waren die Kissen für mich sehr unbequem.

Below average stay
Pros:

Hotel is very dated and needs updating. More attention to detail is needed for example no shower gel. The shower door did not close properly, one cup for two guests in the room. The one cup was never replaced once it was used. Difficult to get hold of reception staff despite them having an "emergency number". It is more akin to student accommodation than a hotel. That said, the staff, when you did see them, were fantastic. They just have to work with what they have been given.
