Tranquilo y cómodo.
Pros:

El hotel ya lo conocía, está muy cómodo, la alberca muy a gusto, las camas muy cómodas, la cocineta bonita y funcional; El personal que nos tocó ver, muy amables, hay poco personal pero todos muy amables.

Cons:

Lo único que me habría gustado es que tuvieran el servicio de restaurante más activo, no todos los dias hay restaurante y aun que su ubicación es privado y exclusivo, los lugares para ir a comer pues no están tan cerca, yo llevaba auto, y llevábamos comida pero si quieres consumir ahí tienes que preguntar primero si habrá servicio o no.

en resumen fue una estancia agradable , la alberca muy bien , la comida tambien ..

el desayuno y la ubicacion excelente

Cons:

no tenia internet en la habitacion y las almohadas dos muy bien pero las dos restantes mas chicas y duras , nos toco la habitacion a un lado del cuarto de servicio y desde temprano hacian mucho ruido

Es de mis favoritos seguro regreso una 6ta hasta 10ma vez
Pros:

es el mejor hotel para ir a relajarte a Mazatlan, su ubicacion lo hacen especial para desconectarte y sentire seguro, ademas su albera infity y la playa son de las mejores de Mazatlan.

Cons:

hasta ahora no hay algo grave que no me guste, solo diria que el check out fuera a las 12 pm y no a las 11 am pero igual puedes quedarte en las instalaciones hasta las 5 o 6 pm si requieres hacer tiempo. Por lo que no esta mal.

Mal servicio en el restaurante pésimo. La comida, la atención, la falta de experiencia en el personal. Y las habitaciones les falta bastante supervisión de limpieza.

Es un buen hotel con una vista al mar esta alejado del malecón pero es mucho mejor sin pulmonía ruidosas son tolerables hasta cierto punto el hotel brinda tranquilidad me gustaría regresar pero que acepten mascotas es un punto más a favor

No me gustó que tuvimos que hacer doble vez el pago se me hace de muy mal gusto que llegues y te cobren cuando se supone que ya pagaste desde la app

perfecto para ir con familia
Pros:

un hotel para ir con familia y pasarla muy tranquilo... la alberca con vista a la playa excelente... las habitacion muy amplia y limpia con utencilios básicos para cocinar.

Cons:

falta de mantenimiento a las instalaciones del hotel... limpieza a la entrada... se ve descuidado...
