Pros:

The staff was great and very friendly. The room was a good size for us.

Cons:

I did not like that we had to pay for the laundry. I also did not like how worn some of the furniture was.

Cons:

The staff was wonderful, and check-in was quick and easy. However, the bed was uncomfortable, which was disappointing. I’ve stayed at this same location before at full price, and the bed was very comfortable—that’s actually what made me book here again. It seems like when booking through a discounted rate on the booking site, the room quality may not be the same. Overall, the service was great, but the room didn’t meet my expectations this time.

If you don’t mind driving to NO, this is the PERFECT place to stay.
Pros:

The property was very clean and smelled nice when walking in. It was Mardi Gras season and they had decorations to match. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful.

Cons:

It is a ways away from New Orleans, but everything made up for the long drive to and from.

We can’t wait to stay here again!
Pros:

We felt right at home at this Holiday Inn because they had It beautifully decorated for Christmas, there was hot coffee 24 hours a day, and everything was so clean and well kept. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating!

Cons:

Nothing! We loved it.

Pros:

Rochelle, she works the evening desk shift. She is so warm and welcoming. I may go back if just to see her!!

Cons:

No cinnamon rolls! And I was there for 4 mornings. We had a total of 4 rooms.
