Great stay with friendly staff, good breakfast, and a charming location
Pros:

Very good hotel close to Solanas Beach. Very friendly staff, always happy to answer any question. The breakfast was good, with excellent croissants. It’s an old building, but that’s part of the town’s charm. We’ll definitely choose it again next time we’re in southern Sardinia.

Cons:

Room in 3rd floor with no elevator, keep that in mind. As in most hotels, the sound insulation isn’t great, and you can hear people in other rooms, which can be bothersome at night.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und Preisleistung passt voll
Pros:

-Barbara und Andrea (Rezeption) waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben beim sogar beim reservieren eines Restaurants unterstützt
-auf unser gesamten Sardinienreise, mit 6 Unterkünften, gab es dort das beste Frühstück es war zwar auch immer das gleiche aber es gab auch Bacon und Rührei ;-)
-eine Frühstück Servicekraft war stehts freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat zügig nach allem geschaut und aufgefüllt

Cons:

-die Frühstück Servicekraft die am 3. Tag gearbeitet hat war weniger schnell unterwegs und machte einen gelangweilten unfreundlichen Ausdruck (wohl keinen Spaß an ihrer Arbeit).
-das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sauber ( die Fugen und Schienen im Duschbereich gehören optimiert die haben etwas unappetitlich ausgeschaut... aber für mich ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Zimmer in eigenem Charm mit Blick über Solanas und traumhaftem Strand fussläufig
Pros:

Das Hotel war inmitten Solanas mit einer fußläufigfn Entfernung zum Strand von etwa 5 Minuten (traumhafter Strand mit klarem Wasser und tollem Blick).

Die Zimmer des Hotels waren etwas in die Jahre gekommen in Bezug auf Dekoration und Mobiliar. Der Balkon des Zimmers mit Blick auf die Berge lädt zum abklingen des Tages ein.

Das Frühstück war ausladend und schön angerichtet.

Preis-/Leistungstechnisch sehr guter Deal.

Cons:

Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen sowie die Zimmer.

Falls Probleme beim Treppensteigen bestehen würde ich empfehlen vorher das Hotel telefonisch zu kontaktieren, da die Zimmer teils weiter oben gelegen sind.

Dennoch Weiterempfehlung da Strandnähe und Preis-/Leistungsstark

Super Lage, super Liebes Personal, Kennt seine Gäste bei Namen.
Respektvoller und Professioneller Umgang.
Entspannendes Feeling beim Pool.
Strand nähe 4 min zu Fuß.
