Entspannter Aufenthalt in guter Lage

Großartige Lage, geräumig und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Die Unterkunft hat ihre besten Tage hinter sich, vor allem das Bad und die Türrahmen müssten mal wieder erneuert werden.

Cons:

Devoir récupérer les clefs à l'hôtel plus bas dans Lenno. Le préciser auparavant, si ça ne l'est pas déjà fait.

Super flinkt og imødekommende personale.
Fin udsigt til søen fra vores store private terrasse.
Kun en kort gang (5-10 min) fra den lille by og vandet.
God størrelse for 4 personer.

Cons:

Der manglede knager + tørrestativ i lejligheden. Der var slet ingen mulighed for at hænge våde håndklæder mm. op.
Aircondition var svær at justere.
Receptionen lå 5-10 min. gang fra lejligheden

Місце з гарним потенціалом при невибагливих очікуваннях

Апарт- готель розташований біля центрального шляху вздовж Комо з власною комфортною парковкою. Це дуже гарна характеристика для цієї місцевості. Навпроти готелю зручна стежка, яка за дві-три хвилини виведе Вас на променад вздовж озера! Локація - супер! До станції водних катерів дійти, додайте ще 3 хвилини. І катайтеся у будь- якому напрямку по озеру. Про самі апартаменти. Вони мабуть вже потребують ремонту, косметичного було б досить. Фото букінгу зроблені здається якийсь час назад. По комплектації - все є, всього достатньо. Постіль зручна, але дуже здивували сірі за кольором підковдри. Перше враження, що ця постіль «прожила» дуже багато, але потім бачиш іншу частину якісноі постільноі білизни, якісні рушники, і розумієш, що вони такого жуткого кольору. Є приємна територія з басейном та ліжаками. Але теж все потребує хоч трішки оновлення .

Pros:
1- quiet
2- fairly clean

Cons:
1- not accessible at all. Lenno in general is not a great and accessible place to stay. I wish I picked Bellagio instead. It is a great place only if you drive your own car. The roads are narrow and there is only one bus C110 that can transfer you to other location. It was nightmare to go from here to the train station. The bus literally comes every 45 minutes but it always has delay always. There is a ferry option too that we used to go to different towns and there is ferry station very close to this place.
2- communication was not good. This place is a part of a bigger hotel but there was no receptionist in that location not even for check in/out. So you have to walk 10 minutes to go to their hotel and check in/out or if you have questions.
3- no free room service
4- in my opinion it is expensive for what you get
4- no good restaurants nearby

Pros:

We stayed here as we had a wedding to attend . We had a room with a partial lake view and had a veranda with a table and chairs and parasol and access to the pool. The sister hotel offer a lovely breakfast at discounted rate of €15 PP and that is on the roof top area great choice available . Staff were lovely . A fab venue in a beautiful location .
