Adorei mesmo tudo, desde a disponibilidade dos funcionários , um bem aja muito grande a menina do Spa que foi excelente tanto com a sua simpatia como o seu profissionalismo, aos funcionários do bar e do restaurante e da recepção. O espaço é maravilhoso e com condições muito boas para descansar e desfrutar de uns dias de calma . Adoramos
Espaço, receção e conforto.
O pequeno almoço era bom e variado.
A cama e as almofadas não eram confortáveis; o quarto cheirava a mofo; o chuveiro não tinha água muita quente, era morna para o frio. Informamos a receção. A resposta foi que poderíamos ter tomado banho num pico, o que não deveria ser resposta porque se inexiste capacidade , não se aceitam tantos hóspedes.

Malgré que j’avais prévenu payer en espèces, l’établissement n’avait pas de monnaie. Nous somme arrivés le soir tard, Nous avons été refusé d’avoir accès au logement. Nous avons donc quitté les lieux et cherché dans le coin qui n’est pas très dynamique de la monnaie pour pouvoir donner l’appoint sur place. Après avoir perdu 4 heures à tourner en voiture et la moitié du réservoir j’ai insisté pour que nous puissions payer sans qu’elle nous rende la monnaie. Finalement ils avaient bien une caisse sur place donc temps et argent perdus pour notre part. Nous avons donc dû payer une nuit en plus pour profiter du séjour. Très décevant pour un 4 étoiles.
