L'hôtel est très propre, le personnel aimable et sympathique, les chambres sentent bon. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et excellent. L'emplacement est parfait pas très loin d'un parking. Je recommande plus plus cet hôtel.

Det var helt klart det bästa boendet vi hade på vår vandring i cinque terre. Rent och snyggt och trevlig personal. Frukosten var jättebra och vårt rum hade en stor terass där vi hade sol hela dagen😃

So special. We loved our time in Monterosso, made exceptional thanks to Hotel Souvenir.
Pros:

Location was ideal with easy access to the property and the beautiful beach front. Staff were so kind and helpful and morning breakfast was great with care for those that need gluten free toast and treats.

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like.

Hotel veramente apprezzato, in posizione fantastica, staff molto accogliente e disponibile, colazione ottima con prodotti sia dolci che salati e piatti fatti al momento su richiesta.
Tante piccole accortezze veramente apprezzate, tipo la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli e usufruire del bagno con doccia dopo il check out. Teli mare a disposizione sempre dopo il check out.
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Très bien et bien adapté aux familles.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Chambre propre et pratique. Partant très tôt le matin, la personne à l’accueil nous a très gentiment préparé un copieux petit-déjeuner à emporter.

Cons:

Dommage que le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas.
