El personal y la ubicación
Habitación 32 muy pequeña, lugar de guardado muy limitado e incómodo. Iluminación precaria, sin luces de lectura y 1 solo interruptor para apagar todas las luces de la habitación. El baño con falta de mantenimiento y poca presión de agua (inodoro). A una ventana se le salía un tarugo al gancho de la cortina. Deberían agregar alguna jarra para calentar agua en algún lugar del hotel. La TV antigua no permite compartir pantalla. Ojalá lo mejoren, de otro modo no volvería.

The location of the hotel is really good in central Palermo.
- Facilities are quite simple, lots of noise coming from all sides (you can hear the elevator and every other noise from the room and balcony, the elevator makes a scary noise when in it, very small bathroom and no hangers, no common area to rest)
- Cleanliness, both room and breakfast area are minimal (room was never swiped, dirty plates and cutlery and breakfast)
- Staff came across bothered at all times (I was given very controversial information when asked for an invoice, and a negative and non collaborative answer)

Das Zimmer war eher klein für 2 Personen mit 2 Koffern. Frühstück könnte besser sein. Schinken und Käse eher billige Qualität.
La habitación era algo pequeña y no había mucho sitio donde poner nuestras cosas.
