Cons:

If guests are expected to ‘wash all plates etc used’ I think a seperate sink should be supplied. Having to wash food off plates in the bathroom sink is not hygienic.

A brilliant location with friendly staff.

The hotel was in a fantastic location with everywhere being within a distance walk and the staff were friendly

Not that it’s a major issue but the view from our hotel room was just a brick wall lol. Also the noise till late on at night.

Fantastic location and building, if you don't mind some nighttime noise
Pros:

Room was clean and location was excellent. Lovely high ceilings and natural light, and windows looking out onto iconic Albany views (Mt Clarence, the harbour).

Cons:

Drawbacks were poor ventilation (no vents to allow a through-breeze, or air con) and noise from pub patrons. Free earplugs were provided, but vibrations could still be felt.

Great location and very clean. Some Beds need replacing in the old rooms.

Cons:

Booked a Twin Room for two nights, but no Twins available - so had to share a Double Bed with my adult son for first night. However the staff were great and upgraded us to a great room with comfy beds for the second night - slept so well on the second night.
