Pennsylvania Suites, A must stay.
Pros:

I highly recommend Pennsylvania Suites. They treat you like family. I've stayed for 2.5 months for business. Security, El sir Ivan greets you with a smile and the front desk receptionist, Miguel, Natalia and Vira are always professional and friendly! The housekeeping ladies, Vero, Jessi, Bere, Irene and Edith are so friendly and professional. I had no choice but to keep valuables in my suite. Never was anything missing or out of place and they even quit tucking in my bed at the bottom at my request. Lol It's in a great and safe location with eating and shopping within walking distance.
Thank you too everyone for a great experience. I will be staying here everytime I come to Mexico City.

Fantastic place and location
Pros:

What a fantastic place and location. Miguel and the team couldn’t be more helpful if they tried. This place truly is a gem and I will certainly be back. It’s very clean and the gym is also very good. Breakfast is until midday which is perfect for a lay in. Thanks for a fantastico stay.

Miguel, best receptionist EVER

I can’t say enough good things about dear Miguel and Pennsylvania Suites. From the moment I walked in, fresh off the airplane, verging on starting my first expat working experience ever, Miguel has been a trusted friend, advisor, and warm and friendly face. Every going and coming, Miguel, looking sharp in his bow tie, has greeted me with warmth and encouragement. He schooled me on how to use the public MetroBus transport system, scanned important documents, explained things to me, with nothing but a helpful and cheery attitude. He has made the first step of my integration in CDMX more bearable, and I will remember him always!

Pros:

La cercanía a la casa de mi hija y la zona, me encanta la Nápoles

Cons:

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este hotel, una vez en el 2022 y ahora, y si veo el deterioro .. no digo que estaba sucio
Pero si necesita mantenimiento, las toallas viejisimasss y las sábanas también.

Pros:

Las habitaciones son grandes, más de lo que esperaba. Los baños amplios, en la cocina todo lo necesario para la estancia. El desayuno bien, aunque un día ya no encontramos casi nada. La ubicación es buena y la zona se siente segura, cerca hay restaurantes y cafeterías. En general me pareció excelente.

Las camas no son muy cómodas.
