C’était agréable, on a passé un très bon moment
Pros:

La proximité avec la plage et le Rooftop Restaurant au septième

Cons:

Nous avions une chambre très petite malheureusement réservé sur Booking. Le parking est très agréable mais pour disposer de sa voiture il faut la demander à l’avance étant donné que le parking n’est pas directement sur place.

Nära till stranden, härlig balkong med havsutsikt. Personalen på stranden var jättebra, snälla, hjälpsamma & vänliga. Poolen på taket, liten men skönt sval.

Cons:

Lite för långt till stadens ”centrum”.

Låset på dörren låstes inte även om man trodde det. Det gick alltid att trycka upp dörren utifrån. Verkar vara på de flesta rums-dörrar när vi pratade med andra boende. Vi bad om hjälp med det gick inte att lösa.

Personalen i receptionen lite för sura och arroganta. Inget vi frågade efter gick, inte boka solstolar kvällen innan (nattpersonalen kunde inte systemet). Vi kunde inte köpa en-två timmars sen utcheckning samt att de tog betalt för två extra dagar på parkeringen.

De svarade alltid i telefonen och pratade med varandra när vi hade samtal i receptionen. De var helt enkelt sura och inte så vänliga. Kollade knappt på gästerna. Sa bara det som förväntades. Inga leenden. Kanske beror det på dålig chef?

Personalen på stranden var jättebra!

Lite gamla och slitna rum, badrum behöver fräschas upp.

Sehr sauberes Hotel direkt am Strand
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und das gesamte Personal war jederzeit freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, da das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt und das charmante Städtchen Alassio bequem zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet mit einer grossen Auswahl und hoher Qualität.

Cons:

Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit Hotelbar und herrlichem Ausblick. Leider konnten die angebotenen Drinks geschmacklich nicht ganz mit dem restlichen, sehr positiven Gesamteindruck mithalten.
Auch die 50 Euro pro Tag für die Liegestühle sind etwas übertrieben, da kann jedoch das Hotel wohl nichts dafür für diese Regelung, denn es gibt kaum noch frei zugängliche gratis Strandabschnitte.

Zusatzkosten viel zu hoch und unangemessen
Pros:

Schöne Lage, Strand und idyllisches Städtchen!

Cons:

Zusatzkosten für unseren kleinen Hund von € 29.-/Nacht viel zu teuer (kein Zusatzbett oder Zusatzaufwand nötig - normal wären € 10.-Nacht) Zwei Strandliegen mit Sonnenschirm auch nochmals € 55.-/Tag für Hotelgäste auch eher zu teuer (maximal € 30.-/Tag wäre angemessen) da man auch dort konsumiert und extra noch bezahlt. Das check out war unprofessionell von einer Angestellten aus Deutschland, welche uns lieber auf italienisch und englisch bediente, statt auf deutsch.

Pros:

The rooms were nice and spacious. They take pride in keeping the property clean. The breakfast was wonderful. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was out of the chaos of the restaurants in old town but an easy walk on the beach walkway.

Cons:

The AC and internet was sub par. I read several reviews and never saw that pool and the beach close at 7pm. This was our first visit to the Riveria so we learned this is typical practice but as first time visitors it was a surprise. The staff at the beach were horribly rude during both of our days at the beach. There better not be an emergency because the lifeguards spend most their time scrolling on their phones. I wished we would not have given our money to them for chairs and umbrellas. On our last day we found the tiny public free beach.

Pros:

La situation de l'Hôtel et la propreté de la Chambre

Cons:

Nous n'avons pas apprécié la nuisance de la climatisation très bruyante qui ne nous a pas permis de nous reposer Excepté entre les va et vient vers l'interrupteur .
Les Réceptionnistes assez Froids dans leurs échanges avec les Clients: Réclamer la facture de check out était étrange pour Eux et la compulser avant le paiement semblait hors de propos!!
30 minutes d'attente pour récupérer sa voiture au moment de partir.

Pros:

Hotel in posizione ideale fronte mare, per chi desidera tranquillità, ma nello stesso tempo la vicinanza ai localini di Alassio, distanti cinque minuti a piedi. Situato nella parte finale del lungomare verso Laigueglia, consente rilassante passeggiata anche in quella direzione. Colazione top, con molta scelta di dolce e salato, all'ultimo piano con vetrata panoramica.
