abba Apartments Playa de Gros San Sebastián

Nice and clean apartment with good location. Parking costs extra but was worth it !

This was a great spot to stay for our time in San Sebastián. Very walkable to many bars and restaurants, as well as the beach. Old Town was a quick 15 minute walk away. There are also hiking trails within 5 minutes of the apartment where you can get easy, beautiful views of the city and the ocean.

The apartment was clean and well-equipped.

Unfortunately our stay was less than pleasant. We, a family of 4, stayed for 4 nights in July. During this time our unit wasn’t cleaned even once. Each day we returned to unmade beds, un-emptied trash cans. Since the reception isn’t manned in the evenings we used the ‘connect with an agent’ feature at the main desk to flag this. We were assured that this would be looked into. However, the next evening when we returned from site seeing, the unit still hadn’t been cleaned. This time someone was at the reception so I had a chat with them and then their boss and the cleaning staff, and after much discussion, finally someone came up to make the beds but didn’t bother to clean out the garbage at all. They don’t change out the towels every day, they do so after four days or so, which is fine. We didn’t however appreciate the fact that for a family of 4, they only provided 2 hand towels in the bathroom to begin with. All in all, compared to several other accommodations in multiple cities across Spain in our 3 week trip, this was not only the worst but also quite expensive. At the price tag, we were expecting a better service. The location is good, the surfing beach is near by and about 20 mins by walk into the centre.

Perfect location for our stay in San Sebastián - easy walk to both beaches and restaurants. Apartment was clean and spacious. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again. The location was great for us, just a short walk to the beach, but just enough to be in a quiet neighborhood. The people at the front desk were very helpful and kind. A great place for us!

Kids loved the artificial, lawn. The beds were comfy, it was clean, safe, and quiet. Off the main area but only a 10-to-15 minute walk to most activities. Great property and really nice location.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful with planning our trip back to the airport with a taxi and bus option. We enjoyed the apartment style for our two night stay.
Great location near the beach and good food.

We stayed for 5 nights and cannot recommend the apartments too highly, they are fantastic. A great location, only about a 10 minute stroll from the beach and the apartments themselves are great. All very new and the fixtures and fittings are everything you will need for an extended stay. The lady on reception is really lovely and very helpful; she was really friendly and helped us organise taxis and made us feel very welcome. Will definitely stay here again when in San Sebastian.

The place was very clean and nice. Spacious enough for two people. Also easy to get to the center and beach.

Alba was the best. She was always willing to answer any questions we had with a smile. Her guest service was an A .

Had a great stay in Abba Apartments. Good location meant we could walk everywhere we wanted. The property is modern, very clean and included some lovely little details. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable too.

Excellent location, easy walk to the Old Town but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Close to restaurants, groceries and the beach.
