Pros:

建物が古く部屋が汚い。フットランプも点かなかった。最悪なことに天井にはカビが生えていた。
このホテルの風呂は狭く、全く休まらなかった。系列店の風呂を利用できた点は良かった。

大浴場が男性専用だった。使いたい人は、近くの系列店の大浴場を使えるからチケットを発行しますといわれたが、お風呂入ってまた外から帰ってくるのは無理なので、部屋のユニットバスを利用した。
残念。

徒歩が苦にならない方なら10分程度歩けば色々あり立地は良いです。スタッフの方の対応は丁寧でした。全員がすごく愛想いいわけではないですが、不快ではないです。
お風呂は温泉ではないし洗い場も少なく小さいです。

スペシャリティまではいかないものの、必要最低限のことが詰まっていて充分いい時間を過ごせるホテル。
(細かい人であれば気づきそうなポイントはいくつかあったが、大雑把な自分には問題なく感じた)

2年前もこちらに宿泊したが特段問題は感じなかった。

また次回もお願いしたい。

施設は古いんだろうなぁ、と思いました。
風呂も歴史を感じたが、それはそれで悪くはなかった。
禁煙ルームだったが臭いがキツく、フロントに相談したらすぐに対応してもらえて助かった。

ドーミーイン？
Pros:

各地のドーミーインをエンジョイしているドミニスタですが、ここはワーストでは？古いビジネスホテルのリノベーションだろうけどドーミーインの標準仕様を満たしてないように見受けます。

サウナはテレビなく静かで温度も90度超と申し分なく、朝食も美味かったけど、室内は古臭く廊下カーペットも汚ならしい。

リノベーション計画に無理があったと思います、ドーミーインブランド維持の為には閉鎖が良いかと。
