Pros:

We have stayed here several times before and have always enjoyed the setting and overall atmosphere. The staff were consistently warm, friendly and helpful, which we genuinely appreciated.

Cons:

nfortunately, the property appears to have declined in maintenance. The air conditioning unit in our room was not working, the remote was taped together, and the toilet seat was broken. The pillows are old and lumpy and need replacing. Overall, the room felt tired and in need of attention.

Pros:

The facilities is good fresh and well loxated

Cons:

I made a booking for 7 people and I requested same type of room, the executive, but only two room (5,8) where according to the expectation.
The rest of the rooms where too small.

Convenient but not organised
Pros:

Convenient and close to border

Cons:

We called for an extra bed as my brother was joining us, got email confirmation of the upgrade but when we got there, nothing was changed or arranged. The staff went out of their way to try and sort out the accommodation for us by organising a sleeper couch to add to one of our rooms.

Very disappointing, NOT A 5 STAR
Pros:

The place is closer to the Kruger National Park Crocodile Bridge entrance

Cons:

The place is more of a 3 star than 5 star. Our rooms were not ready when we checked in. We booked 5 rooms, aircons in 2 rooms were leaking (on the wall and bed). Staff not friendly, and take forever to serve food. The pool is a splash pool, not as big as illustrated on the pictures. We booked a Christmas lunch buffet, our table wasn't ready, we were served left over dessert and not what we payed for buffet. They allow regular visitors to play Bluetooth speakers, they don't control other guests from disturbing others. There's a staff member that borrowed a sleeper couch from our room while we were still booked in for our stay, very disappointing.

It was the worst one for me apart from restaurant service

Room setup( show in the room with no privacy)
Shower was flooding to the room floor.
Check in staff was not friendly at all.
Unreachable on calls while at property for assistance.
Lack of simple essentials(tissue).
Warm water problems.

Relaxing stay with a disappointing pool. Please do better.
Pros:

Breakfast. Cleanliness of the room. The grounds were lovely especially restaurant.

Cons:

Dirty and green pool. They only resorted to cleaning it as soon as we arrived and made a complaint. We were told the pump does not work; a suggestion would be to have it covered to avoid customers be looking at it. So did not get use the pool during our stay in hot and humid weather. So disappointing.
