Warm welcome in Milan’s greatest hotel
Pros:

Superb 4th stay in 12 months. We love coming here. We spend a couple of summer months in La Morra each yr. plus take the small trip from Ripon, Yorkshire to Milan. Regularly. We’ve used PP for just over 12 months. And the staff and team make this beautiful hotel ‘Best in Set’ for Milan.

Whilst we get tempted by the other high quality hotel properties in central Milan and have tried 1 or 2 BUT at the end of the day it’s the staff that make a hospitality business. The cook, the cleaner, the doorman greeting, the reception desks of the restaurant, of the Spa, of the Hotel Reception, the concierge. Etc. then the housekeeper, the room service waiter etc looking happy, welcoming and warm. brilliant. John

All perfect except Fee for Parking (75Euros per day)
Pros:

It is a very good 5-Star Hotel, good location, very good service, excellent atmosphere.

Cons:

To charge 75 (seventyfive) Euros for Parking per day is a outrageous, it is a rip-off. It means no room for tips for anybody helping at check-in and check-out.

Pros:

Hotel est parfait on y sent bien
notre suite etait vraiment spacieuse avec sa terrasse
Une gentille attention nous a été faite de la part du personnel qu on remercie vivement
Pas très loin du centre ville
Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le thé time aussi un lieu chargé histoire,le bar a vraiment une bonne ambiance avec un lustre magistral
Tout le personnel est à vos soins de l accueil jusqu au voiturier qui sont les rois pour vous trouvez un Taxi ultra rapide
Nous allons revenir très bientôt

Juste une petite remarque
Pas assez de disponibilité pour effectuer des soins au spa accueil pour être plus chaleur et professionnelle ce mettre à la porter du client
Dommage car les soins sont super et donc cette fois je n ai pu faire qu un massage lorsque
d habitude je fais des soins tous les jours
Les therapes sont efficaces
Et par cette saison pour moi la piscine n est pas assez chaude mais le spa est vraiment de qualité les lieux sont très bien confortable.

В номере немного душновато , несмотря на то что температура была выставлена 19, а вентилятор на максимум . В фитнес центре нужна Перекладина , шведская лестница, резинки , ковриков мало, остальное - супер

Cons:

Ускорить приготовление вареных яиц на завтрак ( очень долго). Улучшить качество продуктов и поднять цену завтрака ( хорошее сливочное масло , салями , сыры разные дорогие , молочные продукты фермерские )

Wonderful service and hospitality
Pros:

The most comfortable living that I’ve ever had in Milan. Comfortable location in Brera. In the hotel you feel like in your own castle 🏰 the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. In rooms it’s always clean and quiet. I want to mention the kindness and hospitality of Mattia and Paolo.
Definitely recommend to choose Palazzo Parigi as a place of staying in Milan.❤️
