We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Parigi for the Easter Weekend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy since everything was already prepared. The architecture of the hotel is as shown on the photos, indeed amazing. The room had all amenities and was spacious and comfortable with a great view over the city. We had dinner at the gourmet restaurant. The quality of the food was great and the restaurant interior stunning. The luxurious spa exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and quiet, yet spacious and equipped with a big pool, whirl pool, steam bath, sauna and couches both inside the building as well as outside on the balcony with a view onto the beautiful garden. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast with a big choice of products beautifully decorated on the buffet. From the Concierge desk Paolo and Andrea were very helpful in arranging and advising on various activities in Milano. This help is much appreciated. All in all a wonderful stay! The only two points that might be considered to be improved are: a) Hotel Wifi often seemed to be not stable with frequent interruptions. b) Valet parking fee of EUR 75 per day even for Milan standards seems to be at the higher end and I would expect this fee to be displayed on the hotel website transparently.

A very nice hotel and an excellent choice for a five-star experience in Milano. The location is perfect, close enough to major sites but still in a calm corner. Friendly, fast and professional check in, beautiful quiet rooms (we stayed in two junior suites, basically large corner rooms) with balconies and all functions you could ask for. All public areas felt well kept and clean, SPA area was very nicely designed and when we were there we were completely alone which made it feel extra luxurious. Breakfast was very good and the bar is beautiful and very classy. In terms of service everyone was friendly and professional, and we would especially like to mention head concierge Federico who gave excellent tips on places to visit and where to eat and is a really charming guy. We are quite spoiled when it comes to hotels, but this is a place we would be very happy to return to.

Superb 4th stay in 12 months. We love coming here. We spend a couple of summer months in La Morra each yr. plus take the small trip from Ripon, Yorkshire to Milan. Regularly. We’ve used PP for just over 12 months. And the staff and team make this beautiful hotel ‘Best in Set’ for Milan.

Whilst we get tempted by the other high quality hotel properties in central Milan and have tried 1 or 2 BUT at the end of the day it’s the staff that make a hospitality business. The cook, the cleaner, the doorman greeting, the reception desks of the restaurant, of the Spa, of the Hotel Reception, the concierge. Etc. then the housekeeper, the room service waiter etc looking happy, welcoming and warm. brilliant. John
