Carlton City Hotel Singapore

Located conveniently in the city centre. Had family dinner at the Plate restaurant. Nice ambience and friendly staff like Elaine who served us well. Food variety was good and delicious.

Had a great experience here. The service from Deon, Elaine, Vinay was excellent . They were very friendly , attentive and make us feel very welcome .Thank you for the wonderful service.

Great sashimi, lobster, crab legs and prawns! Was surprised that they have suckling pig as well which was good! Small buffet selection but adequate.

Everything was good. Food is good. Worth it. Will bring family to go again. All the servicing Staff is extremely hardworking, helpful and friendly especially Madeline Tan. She went extra mile when she is station in the roast pig station and assist my son in the dessert and muah chee section.

Outlet very clean, hygienic, great & good ambience ,have been there 5 times, food also very good & delicious,just my sincere feedback that may b needs to change few dishes of the menu, cause each time my visit there, the food was the same, although its delicious, but as time fades, needs to change a few dishes.

We had our training event at the Club Lounge, the view was amazing and there were ample spaces available for small group discussions. Our overseas colleagues loved their hotel rooms and facilities too.

To add on, the services of the staff were impeccable, special thanks to Juliana and Jackson for their strong support for the event!

It was a positive and great experience, we would be happy to return to Carlton City Hotel again!

Had a great time with friends last night at the rooftop bar, Cooling Tower. The beef and lamb satays were delicious, as were the grilled beef steak, nachos and otak-otak! The bar had a nice vibe and it was very busy for a mid-week evening. Definitely well recommended!

Had a wonderful evening at the Cooling Tower rooftop bar. The view from the top is absolutely beautiful, especially as the city lights come on. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the service was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the night. A perfect spot to relax, enjoy great flavours, and take in the stunning skyline. Highly recommended! ✨

Had a wonderful after-work happy hour with my BFFs at the Cooling Tower. The bar food especially the Nachos was exceptional & a welcoming change post CNY. Special appreciation to Rodney, Zhimin & KV for their warm and attentive service 🥰. Definitely be coming back again.

The hotel its self is lovely , it’s 29 floors high and close enough ( by the FANTASTIC underground) to all the attractions.
It was super clean - like most of Singapore - and felt fresh and new , as if it had been refurbished.
We were met my Amir the concierge who was immediately friendly , warm and couldn’t do enough for us .
Check in was done by David who , again , was warm and engaging & a credit to the hotel .
Breakfast was ok with plenty for western or Asian tastes , though the coffee from the machines were “warm” at best
Throughout our stay ,all the concierge team , Amir / Ravean /Jagan and Suresh were always there with a smile and complimentary brolly !!!
They also got us started with telling us about the MRT ( underground)
When we were leaving we met the GM , Douglas , who had 5 minutes chat with us and asked us about our stay , which was nice .
Apart from their appalling choice in supporting their football teams :-) they were all a credit to the hotel

( only down side , if it is a down side , was that we were trapped in Singapore because of the war up in the Middle East , so with a limited budget , we asked if they could help with a reduced rate for the 2 extra days we were forced to stay in Singapore, but we got no help , so had to swap hotels for our remaining 2 nights . I know the wars not their fault , but when you see the ruler of Dubai covering all the costs of the hotels over there , a reduced rate to help us out , would have been a nice touch - there was availability as we checked on booking.com )

Had an amazing dining experience at Plate. Food is nice and service is 10 star. Special shout out to Gopala for setting up a last minute table for us because we didn't make a reservation. Jackson for his super attentive service and the rest are just as lovely

The location is “ down town” so it’s only a few minutes away from popular attractions , on the subway - which is fantastic and cheap . The hotel seems very new , as if been recently refurbished. Lobby is bright and airy , rooms are airy and well appointed , with all you could need . It’s about £15 taxi ride away from the air port / if you use “grab” taxi app , which is asias uber ( and very good )
