A short stay in a great place
Pros:

The staff were super attentive, polite and helpful from the moment you step out of the taxi and into the foyer. Room and facilities were great.
Location is perfect, very easy to walk into Chinatown with lots of places to eat and Maxwell Road hawker market has lots to offer and is very authentic.
Easy walk to Lau Pa Sat, another food market worth visiting and about 40 minutes to Marina Bay.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was great.

Dining at The Plate

I had buffet dinner at The Plate. This is not my first time here. Tonight the food has been excellent. The atmosphere is good too.

I wanna give special mention to Deva. Carlton City is very fortunate to have Deva. It has been a while I visited The Plate. From the previous times to now, Deva has maintained hos exemplary standard of service! He always made diners like me and my wife feel so at home. Keep up the good service! I will be back, just bcos of the warmth service. Thank you.

Pros:

Had dinner at Plate with my company and really enjoyed the experience. The food was good, and the service was excellent. A special mention to David, who was exceptionally attentive and made us feel very well taken care of. The variety of food could be better, but overall it was a pleasant dining experience and one I would recommend.

Good experience at plate
Pros:

Had the pleasure of being served by Madeline and team. They were very proactive, introducing various dishes to us, sometimes even serving food to our table. When food items run out at the buffet line, it is replenished very quickly.

Food selection is decent. Quality and taste is on point.

Kudos for excellent service
Pros:

Gopala, Julie and Elaine delivered impeccable service. We were so grateful that our voucher was accepted out of goodwill although we had overlooked that it was the eve of Hari Raya. We will definitely be back to try the Friday and Saturday dinner promotions! Well done everyone for your excellent service!

Carlton City Hotel was the great for location, comfort and service!
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly located near Chinatown and the MRT (mass transit). The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Breakfasts were amazing! The chef made accommodations for my husband who is Celiac so has to eat gluten free.

Nothing! It was amazing!
