We had a private event at Cooling Tower and it was amazing. The team, Rodney, Zin Min, Kv and Satesh are very friendly and professional throughout the event. The food was great and cocktails are on point. Not forgetting Jack and Xiao Wei, who are both very accommodating to our event requests.

We had a wonderful experience at the Plate restaurant at Carlton City Hotel for the Hong Kong buffet. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that were well prepared and enjoyable.
What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. We would especially like to commend Gopala, Jackson, and Vinay for their attentiveness and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout the meal.
We deeply appreciate the special care given to my mother, who is wheelchair-bound. The staff were very considerate, patient, and helpful, making sure she was well taken care of at all times. Their kindness made our dining experience even more memorable.

Everything is getting old and would benefit from a renovation. The gym is a joke. The breakfast is suitable for a 3 stars hotel.

Location is great. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Great shower! Breakfast was very good. The restaurant was empty at dinner, so we went out.

Did not have breakfast or use the restaurant at the hotel. The desk staff are okay. The concierge’s are much better than the front desk staff. The rooms are comfortable albeit a bit small. The pool and gym are pretty good. The best thing about this hotel is the location. It’s in s quieter part of Singapore but is still close enough to a railway station - Tanjong Pagar. There is a mall and arcade just across the road with some excellent restaurants, bars and cafes.
The pool and gym close at 10pm. A bit ridiculous I thought. The lighting system in the room is very confusing and the toilet seat was very noisy.
Good food and good service. Food serving is always refilled. Fried fish is especially nice and crispy enough. The muah chi dessert is one of the best
