Pros:

A lovely hotel with spacious rooms and excellent comfort. The bar area was a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring the city. While breakfast was not particularly inspiring, the warm hospitality and attentive service more than made up for it. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a hotel I would recommend.

A bit disappointing
Pros:

The hotel is quiet. The beds are good. The location is great. The pool and the gym are nice, as well as the rooftop bar.

Cons:

There is no toilets/changing room at the pool, which means you need to walk in front of the restaurant to go to the toilets.
They started works in the lobby while we were around, without having been informed prior to our arrival. This results in the inacessibility of the lobby toilets and waiting area (i.e. no seats in the lobby).
The lights in the room are all managed between the beds with a set of 9 switches. If you have to wake up during the night, then you have to find the right one without disturbing the other person...
The sink in the bathroom was broken and barely fixed with glu, instead of being replaced.
The air conditioning was not refreshing the room at 19°c "cool" setup...

A previous guest’s uncleared preset alarm ended a comfortable stay on a resoundingly sour note.
Pros:

The rooms were spacious, well-equipped and nicely laid out with all modern conveniences. There was a good hotel buffet breakfast and a really excellent local hawker food court across the street, with every amenity close by.

Cons:

On the day we were due to leave, at an incredibly early hour, the hotel alarm clock suddenly exploded into a loud and relentless wall of sound. There was no Off button. Yanking the power cord out of the wall failed to silence it - being Singaporean, there was a backup battery with a screwed-in lid; nothing would deter it from its ordained mission. It had to be removed, still screaming, by housekeeping. This happened about an hour before our own unfeasibly early start, while still jet-lagged from our 13 hr flight. Management offered us a complimentary breakfast. It was good but we were still exhausted and too nauseous from disturbed sleep to eat much, or really enjoy it.

離WS Line地點接近，房間舒適度，公共設施如健身房泳池都有，早餐不論在三樓，還是28樓的Loung都很棒！走路到CC站也不遠，附近有很多酒吧，美食廣場非常方便。

Cons:

Excellent location and great swimming pool
Pros:

Excellent location! 10/10. Swimming pool is great, not busy during our stay and we really enjoyed the pool.

Cons:

The pillow is too firm for me - all of them, if mixed with firm and soft that would be perfect. The gym is too small, 1–2-person max use at the same time. The cloth hangers in the room were locked in the closet - would be handy if not locked so i can hang my swimming wears in the bathroom.
