Pros:

Our stay at carlton city hotel was great, the room was very clean, it has filtered tap water too.
Location was perfect, close to tanjong pagar MRT station, some malls nearby and there was lot of culinary option nearby

Cons:

not a lot of recreational facility, the pool was just okay, tv access limited

Jackson and team Gopala Elaine and Deva of Plate are friendly and helpful always serving with a smile and from the heart.

Carlton is always open to suggestions and constructive criticism from customers and strive for improvements which made the whole dining experience more pleasant and enjoyable.

Good service.
Pros:

Mr gopala Elaine Jackson deva was very welcoming and hosted us warmly. The service was great with a staff like him. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience here.

The food otherwise was average. Seafood section was disappointing the scallop was the same size a a garlic slice.

But the service is commendable. Thank you! 😊 overall a happy customer.

A good stay at a conveniently located hotel.

Room-good.
Location-excellent.
Cocktails - great

Cons:

Breakfast- and food offering in general - poor selection for vegetarians and the coffee from those terrible machines was awful. Breakfast was also noisy as there was a large school group of children staying.

We enjoyed the all the buffet dishes there as well as well served by Gopala and Julia and another lady there. We'll recommend friends to go and will go after CNY to try the Dim Sum. Thank you for the excellent service

Plate for Good Variety Buffet!
Pros:

Good ambience, excellent staff who are always there to serve and help us with a smile. The food is good too, especially for me, the sashimi and seafood … there is just too much to eat and I had to skip dinner 🤣🤣🤣

good service but slow replenishment
Pros:

visited plate restaurant last friday night. Elaine service was top notch, she was very friendly to us from the start and she was also very attentive our needs and wants without us asking which left us very impressed. However the replenishment was quite slow, which is the only downside for us.
