Bel Aire Resort Phuket

This is an affordable hotel but clean and the rooms are big enough for families. The staff are also friendly especially Mr.Thammarat The breakfast is good too. I definitely will stay here next time in Phuket. The location is perfect as well. I had a 6night visit here. We were guided to our room as soon as we arrived

Good value for money but not as good as appeared in advertising. Room very spacious good working Aircon but dated old CRT box TV, WiFi slow, Didn't think the noise would bother me as got in at 3am each night but Saturday loud music below til about 4am.
Breakfast basic buffet -chicken sausage & fried eggs and Thai option with rice /noodles +toast tea coffee. Had pancakes one day (better option in restaurant in the soi ( fresh cooked breakfast 160bt)

Good situation easy walking distance for Bangla or Paradise depending on your preference

The hotel is located stone throw away from Bangla road which is famous for night life in Phuket. Being close proximity of Bangla Road, anybody can visit Bangla road even after late night / early morning. Also small bar / restaurants are located just hotel premises and hence anybody can enjoy the spirit of bars/ restaurant after stepping out from his / her room. Also the Pa-tong beach is just less than a kilometer from this hotel and hence beach goers can walk to the beach anytime. The room is specious and clean. Breakfast is provided by the hotel and breakfast menus are reasonable. Although the hotel has a swimming pool at the top floor, it is not well maintained. Apart from this, everything is good.

Spacious rooms, polite staff, good location.
Rooms could use better soundproofing as there are like so many hut bars in that campus and mixed music and people creating ruckus can be heard almost all night.

Nice location, convenience, polite staffs, room very big and spacious, easy to move around and very near to Patong beach. Service very fast and efficient.

We read the reviews about this hotel and were e bit sceptical, but once we got here i can say:
Pros:
-cheap
-large rooms
- free air con
- free and good wifi
- clean rooms, fresh towels daily.
Cons
- building needs a refresing
- it is very noisy at night, you absolutely cannot sleep without plugs in your ears

The photos advertised were nowhere close to what the property looks like. However it is located in the middle of everything. The property itself was not bad. Just was false advertising with the appearance.

We stayed here for 10 days. On the positive side: It is cheap. It is cental in Patong.The room is big and clean But. It is very noisy at night. The building really need some maintanance. The breakfast is very basic. We had very weak runnig water in our shower and i did report this several times to management with no reaction. They also require a 3000 baht deposet for the safe. Really? I certanly wont stay there again.

This hotel was great.The rooms are big( two king size bed), location are walking distance to Bangla Street, Jungcelon shopping centre and lots of restaurant within the hotel. Value for money. The hotel are both great for family and friends.

Great place to stay, clean and tidy, close to town. I would recommend this place if your on a budget and want to be close to town

we stayed at belair from 22nd feb to 11th march it is situated in a street with many bars which can be very noisy at night and they dont close until very late at night around 2 or 3 am ,but to be fair my stay was only disturbed on one night as the noise was very loud until 5 am .

My friend and I booked to stay here through Air BnB. So cheap! There are no real amenities, by that I mean, bar, pool etc. The pool and jacuzzi were closed. A fridge in reception for beers and water etc. You really don't need anything in this hotel as you have everything you need on your door step.
Clean enough. For the money you can't go wrong.
Advise, EAR PLUGS! It is in a very lively area...
You get what you pay for and for the price I would 100% stay here again and recommend.
If you want luxury however, I wouldn't.
It was honestly hostel prices but your own room...

Great location, you in the midst if everything ull need.
Satisfactory rooms for a short stay. Ideal for economy family and couples. Has a nice rooftop and sun baththing area. If ur in to have fun there are lot of shacks bars right under. But yes there will be late night music but its part of the experience..
Do not come here if ur looking for a quiet time and peaceful rest, this is the party zone.

The hotel accommodation and breakfast were good. The surroundings though left a lot to be desirable . Loud music from the bars till early hours of the morning and some sleazy men wasn’t suitable for a family.

No warm water to shower. But the air conditioner is good. I booked a 3 ppl room but only 2 quilts in room and we asked for it and the staff seems not want to do it. And the next morning we asked for a one more glass cup for drink and nth came.

The location and the view is good! The main problem is the noise. If you are coming here to entertain and have a night life you are on the best place, but If you travel to have a good rest or you arrive with small children, then make sure you ask a room at a highest level like on the fifth or sixth floor, otherwise the night life like loud music and the singing lady around 5 o’clock in the morning can obstruct your night rest. I had to ask the reception to have me moved in an other room on the 6 floor from the second floor where below that was a bar. The beach is roughly 10 minutes by walk. Breakfast selection was quite poor. There was only one toast electric machine. Sometimes I had to wait about 10 minutes to warm my bread.

This hotel is located amidst the bars and is a 10 mis walk from the patong beach. Nice and clean, the only down side is that the area is quite noisy at night. Now i stayed there during Christmas so probably it was more noisy during that particular time. The breakfast spread is quite good. There is a roof top jacuzzi offering amazing views. The location is also quite close to the Bangla street and the happening area. Recommended.
