1° la chambre PMR est sans doute celle la plus eloingnée de la reception!!!!
le monte charge ne fonctionnait pas!! donc impossible d'utiliser un fauteuil roulant!!
le bar ne fonctionnait pas à 19h!!
Le restaurant exterieur tres incomfortable, arrivée a 20h(tel que programmé) "à minutes pour obtenir une boisson , et pouvoir passer commande!
service d'une piece du boucherà 22h inmangeable!!
nous avons abandonné!!!!
trés trés loin des 4 etoiles
nous eliminons definitivement l'étape de LAVAL

La chambre était austère et petite, on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre car le rideau se coincait dedans. L'eau de la douche trop chaude. Cette chambre "supérieure" ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos sur le site

The breakfast was a bit sad, below 4* quality. No fresh coffee, only machines, and the restarurant staff were not very helpful or present.

The suite itself was beautiful but was very very warm on a sunny day with no air conditionning, a bit odd for 4**** .

No one offered to help us with our bags coming in, despite the fact there were steps to negotiate with large suitcases.
We paid €400 for the night through Booking.com but at the reception our room was advertised at €365.

chambre spacieuse et bien équipée

Cons:

Une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hotel qui avait pourtant l'air de bonne qualité.
Il nous a été impossible de dormir avant 3h du matin à cause de clients qui n'ont pas arrété de faire du bruit (éclats de rire, voix fortes, bruit de verres) dans le jardin sur lequel donnent les chambres, sans que le personnel de nuit de l'hotel ne sache gérer la situation malgré nos multilples appels.
C'est clairement inacceptable à ce niveau de standing et de prix.

Petit dejeuner très quelconque et personnel d'accueil assez approximatif.
