Cons:

Salle de bain avec baignoire sans aucun rideau, difficultés pour se laver sans arroser la pièce.

Pros:

De kamer was perfect, schoon, voldoende ruimte.

Cons:

Personeel, sprak haast geen engels, ontbijt was heel slecht. Aangezien de dame van dienst geen engels begreep en niet verder kwam dan yes/no, duurde het even voordat we een kom voor de koffie hadden en een glas voor de jus/water. Volgens de informatie kon je elektrisch laden, de voorzieningen waren er, echter het personeel wist zelf niet hoe deze charger werkte.

Great location, lovely property and probably great during the summer
Pros:

Location, characterful property, easy parking. Helpful staff on arrival.

Cons:

No lift so cases had to be carried up a flight of stairs. Room was hot as AC wasn’t working very well so window opened during the night but not ideal if a hot summer’s night.

Chambre et restaurant très agréable
Cons:

20€ supplémentaire pour accéder au spa, je trouve ça dommage.
De plus pour le petit déjeuner il n’y avait plus de viennoiseries à partir de 8h00.
J’en ai fait part aux personnels. Leur réponse : en effet il n’y en a plus. Et aucune action derrière.
Pour un petit déjeuner à 16 € ce n’est pas acceptable.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely old town.
Pros:

A beautiful building, comfortable bedroom and attentive staff. Laval is very pretty and the old town is on the doorstep of the hotel.

Pas plus d’une nuit.

Bon emplacement et allure générale.

Cons:

Accueil, notre réservation n’était pas connue de l’hôtel malgré preuve par mail, j’ai eu le sentiment de ne pas être bienvenu (ont eu comme premier réflexe de me dire que je m’étais trompé d’hôtel au lieu de se remettre en question).
Clim qui fait un bruit assourdissant , apparemment l’hôtel est au courant depuis longtemps mais n’a pas agit et n’a pas eu l’initiative de nous donner un ventilateur , j’ai du demander .
Une seule serviette de bain pour une réservation de 2 adultes . Notre chambre n’avait donc pas été préparée .
Coussin insuffisant et inconfortable.

L'accueil, la propriété, le lieu, la chambre

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de chaussons ! Réservé spa uniquement ! Dans les autre 4 étoiles y en a , spa ou pas.
