. Hotel forse 3 stelle, suite terribile, vecchia, bagno senza bidet in Italia! Stanza, venduta come suite, ricorda hotel anni 70. Frigo bar con 2 bottiglie piccole di acqua a pagamento e null'altro. Personale all'apparenza gentile, con il piccolo particolare che, pur avendo visto che ,quando ho parcheggiato nel loro parcheggio riservato e videosorvegliato, avevo dimenticato le 4 frecce dell'auto accese, non mi hanno avvertito, così che il giorno dopo la macchina non é partita. La cosa bella é che me lo hanno detto i receptionist che avevo lasciato le frecce accese. Di fronte al mio sgomento per il fatto che non mi hanno avvertito, pur avendo il numero di cellulare di tutti gli ospiti della struttura, hanno risposto che nkn sapevano di chi era l'auto! Considerato che nkn vi era il pienone, che l'hitel non è grande e che il receptionist mi ha ricordato la mia ora di arrivo, non ci voleva molto a chiedere, inviare messaggi, fare telefonate ecc. Comunque hanno chiamato il meccanico con mio aggravio di costi, tempo e disagio che piteva essere ovviamente evitato. Hotel a 4 stelle? Sono certa che una pensioncina con personale accorto avrebbe avuto cura di evitare un così grave disagio ad un cliente. Veramente incredibile. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Perfecte verblijfplaats om de Pompeii-site te bezoeken. Heel leuke kamer.
Pros:

De kamer was proper, erg groot en zag er 'in thema' uit. De airco werkte heel goed (het was buiten 34°C). Onze kamer had zicht op de Pompeii-site.

Cons:

De vloer was niet aangenaam om op te stappen zonder schoenen.

Ottima posizione. Staff cordiale. Camere non molto pulite. Colazione poco fornita.
Pros:

Mi e' piaciuta la posizione rispetto agli scavi. E' praticamente di fronte ad uno degli ingressi.
Il personale e' stato molto cordiale.

Cons:

Era una giornata caldissima ed all'arrivo l'aria condizionata nell'hotel era spenta. Anche la camera era calda, abbiamo acceso l'aria al nostro arrivo. Tipicamente si fa trovare la stanza fresca.
I cuscini e materasso non avevano un buon odore. Non e' stato facile dormirci.
La colazione e' piuttosto scarsa, non tanto fornita. Il personale alla colazione molto cordiale.
