Enjoyed the stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

Great location, large rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast was very good with a great view. Access to archeological site right across the street. Short walk to local eats and shopping.

Great Location
Pros:

Was very central location, easy to get to from Pompeii Station, very closes to the archaeological site. However the room need sound proofing, at night I can hear downstairs restaurant music and chitter chatter of patrons as well a parrot squawking through the day and night.

Great location, lovely hotel.
Pros:

Lovely hotel - clean, tidy, comfortable, and friendly staff. Great location (easy walking distance from Pompei train station or Pompei Scavi train station), and close to the town centre and plenty of restaurants. Amazing views at breakfast (cafe on the fourth floor).

My only slight negative is the bathroom needs an upgrade - shower had good pressure but the shower head was a bit scaled up, some mould on the ceiling, and a better hairdryer would be great.

BUT - I would definitely stay here again.

Deluso, memore di una passata esperienza positiva, ma la vista sugli scavi vale il viaggio

Posizione perfetta per visitare gli scavi di Pompei, l'albergo si trova nel cuore della città, a pochi passi anche dal celebre santuario. Fantastico il ristorante Varnelli annesso alla struttura, si mangia da Dio. Ottima la possibilità di poter fare colazione sino alle 10.00. La colazione vista scavi vale il viaggio. Dimensione della camera ottima.

Cons:

Ho prenotato una junior suite. Entro e rilevo subito la mancanza del bidet in bagno. C'è una piccola doccetta per potersi lavare, ma non appena provo ad usarla realizzo che è guasta e perde acqua dappertutto. Doccia minuscola (non sono un watusso, sono alto 1.85) e che schizza acqua ovunque fuorché in basso perché gli ugelli sono otturati dal calcare. Letto penoso, causa materasso scomodissimo, poco più di una cuccia. Inutili i tappeti a terra, ricettacoli di polvere. Pulizia discutibile, il balcone era molto sporco, e a terra i famigerati tappeti non avevano sicuramente un colore somigliante a qualcosa di pulito. Oltretutto vicino al frigobar ho trovato a terra una mandorla (non mia perché non ne mangio e non ho mai mangiato in camera). Deluso. Ero memore di una precedente esperienza nello stesso albergo con una camera che sulla carta era di rango inferiore, ma in realtà si rivelò di gran lunga migliore. C'era il bidet, il bagno era finestrato ed era di più recente costruzione. Inoltre anche il materasso e la pulizia erano di gran lunga migliori.

L'eau de la douche sortait avec peu de jet et beaucoup de pression, ce qui faisait mal à ce laver.

Pros:

Die Lage, das freundliche Personal, sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung könnte für ein Viersternehotel ein bisschen gemütlicher ausfallen. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr kalt und das Zimmer eher ein bisschen spartanisch eingerichtet.

Amazing location and staff
Pros:

The location is absolutely amazing, perfect for the ruins, restaurants, tourist shops and fairly close to a large supermarket.
The staff are amazing, very kind and helpful. They were also patient with my Italian and spoke excellent English when my Italian failed.

Cons:

The room was very small, although it had everything we needed. It was quite noisy during the early hours of the mornings, it sounded like work people opening shutters and vehicles moving around.
