Lovely hotel in prime location
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, rooms need a bit of an up grade. Cannot fault attentiveness of the staff and enjoyed our stay but the rooms need a bit of face-lift.
We had to borrow an adapter from the hotel to plug in the kettle provided in the room as the sockets wouldn't work. The TV only has Italian channels and the fridge didn't work. This was important as I had medication to keep cool during my stay. We also had a balcony but no furniture to sit on. The staff did everything they could to assist but the rooms just need an upgrade and the attention to making everything work.
Especial thank you to the wonderful breakfast and reception staff who made us so welcome and made our holiday great.
This hotel is perfectly placed for getting into the pompeii site and surrounding areas.

nahe dem Zentrum der Ausgrabungen sowie Restaurants
Pros:

Vom Bahnhof sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Hotel liegt nahe dem Eingang "Amphitheater" in Pompeji.
Frühstück ist ausreichend (Süßes, Müsli, Wurst, Käse, Eier...). Man kann sich Kaffe beim Automat beim Buffett holen oder direkt an der Bar.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war rückseitig. Im Erdgeschoss hat das nebenan liegende Restaurant auch Tische. Man sieht davon nichts, da es mittels einem Zelt abgedeckt ist. Allerdings wird hier bis 23 Uhr sehr laut Musik gespielt (vielleicht die Kultur 🤷‍♀️) Durch die laute Musik, haben sich auch die Gäste ziemlich lautstark unterhalten.
Die Rezeption hat mir zwar ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Ich wollte um 21:30 Uhr aber nicht mehr mein Zimmer wechseln.
Eine bessere Koordination mit dem Restaurant wäre hier vielleicht anzudenken.

eine "normale" Decke würde ich auch besser finden, als nur dieses dünne Laken. (mit der Klimaanlage kann man zwar heizen, diese ist aber dann ziemlich laut)
Die Tagesdecke bzw. die flauschige Decke: werden die nach jedem Gast gereinigt?

Pros:

Great hotel with free parking, ideally placed for visiting the excavations. Room was very comfortable with a good shower. We had very good pizzas in the restaurant and the breakfast was the best we have had during a 6 week road trip. The crowning jewel in this establishment is its staff. The receptionists were friendly, helpful and attentive and the lady who hosted breakfast was fantastic all whilst remaining very professional.

Ideal für Vesuv und Pompeji
Pros:

Direkt am Eingang zu den Ausgrabungen von Pompeji sowie zum öffentlichen Bus auf den Vesuv.

Cons:

Bad war ziemlich verschimmelt, wir haben jedoch gleich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Dennoch darf sowas nicht vorkommen, Schimmel erscheint nicht über Nacht.

Pros:

Welcoming and friendly. Rooms look recently refurbished and were lovely. Bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Nice breakfast overlooking the ruins of Pompeii. Really enjoyed our one night stay

Pros:

Great funky place with great staff. If you don't purchase stupid bloody "skip the line with audio" tours from Get Your Guide, the entry to the ruins is across the road, otherwise you have a drive to pick up these useless guides.
The hotel restaurant is an absolute special too. Wait staff are brilliant

El personal era amable y atento, y la habitación era acogedora y limpia, con vistas impresionantes a la ciudad. El desayuno buffet era variado y delicioso, con opciones para todos los gustos.

Pero lo que realmente me enamoró fue la ubicación del hotel, a un paso de la entrada a las ruinas y con acceso fácil a los principales atractivos turísticos. Sin duda, volvería a este hotel en un corazón 😊. ¡Altamente recomendado para cualquier amante de la historia y la cultura!

Localização. Bem em frente ao Parque Arqueológico. A ZTL que aparece no Google Maps para a via onde está localizada o hotel é para carros pesados. O Hotel tem estacionamento próprio o que facilita muito para quem está de carro. Os funiconários muito simpáticos e prestativos. Restaurante e bar no térreo do hotel.
