Pros:

hôtel très bien placé, très près d'une entrée au site de Pompéi, et tout proche de la basilique, et du centre touristique de la ville avec rue piétonne.
chambre agréable, service de nettoyage parfait.
petit déjeuner avec un bon choix et dans une grande salle avec vue sur le site.
personnel très sympathique

A beautiful hotel!
Pros:

When we arrived, we got upgraded, after staying in a smaller more “quaint” hotel in Rome, then climbing Vesuvius in the rain, this was more than welcomed. Thank you so much!!! The hotel was literally across the road from the Pompei ruins, so the next day we just wandered across the street to do Pompei. We also walked to and from the train station within 10 mins each way and there was great shops and restaurants (although we didn’t need them we only ate at the hotel as it was so good) The staff were lovely. We ate dinner and had cocktails in the bar, the food was amazing! And the breakfast was super too. The room was modern, clean and super comfortable and spacious. We had an amazing night. Thank you all!

Pros:

Unbeatable location. Staff are delightful and keen to help at any time. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and good size. Breakfast is phenomenally good and the service from staff in the 4th floor cafe was really impressive. Breakfast room overlooks Pompei so lovely to have a delicious breakfast gazing at the park

The location was great. The room was spotless very friendly absolutely beautiful hotel parking was easy a perfect experience in Pompeii!!!

Pros:

La ubicación frente a la entrada de las Ruinas, la habitación grande y limpia. El personal atento, educados y amables. La mujer de los desayunos un encanto, nos habló en nuestro idioma, se preocupó de que todo estuviera a nuestro gusto. El desayuno incluido muy rico y variado, más dulce,lo que es usual en Italia, pero suficiente oferta caliente y salada. Un acierto!

Cons:

El agua caliente es sólo agua templada, y hay algunos detalles que esperábamos mas cuidados en un hotel de 4 estrellas. Te Dan aseo, pero gel y demás es pequeño y de mala calidad. Los accesorios del baño estaban descolgados o mal colocados. Solo habia papel de wc, nada de Servilletas o pañuelos y tampoco repusieron en 2 dias. La kettle estaba en un lugar sin enchufes, y solo había 2 English Tea. Visitamos siempre hoteles de 4 estrellas en europa y estos detalles no te hacen pensar que sea un hotel de esta categoría o precio.

Clean room , private bathroom , a really good breakfast
Pros:

The hotel staff were informative and helpful , and breakfast was excellent , food was fresh and coffee was good , and they offered a left luggage service which was helpful to me as i had a large backpack , and walking the Pompeii ruins would have really taken it out of me if i had to carry the backpack .

Cons:

At the time of my visit the hotel was having some exterior reservations , which made the google maps picture impossible to locate it , I actually walked the whole street trying to find it and some locals were very helpful in showing the correct place , many street numbers were not visible so locating no15 was a little difficult , but found it eventually even though it was in a obvious place

Friendly and fabulous
Pros:

Great selection on breakfast with a fantastic view and very helpful staff from start to finish with great location to see Pompei and a good range of restaurants around it .

Cons:

Only thing was that we had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle as British/Irish it was a lot but not a dealbreaker.
