Preço bom, bom quarto, funcionário da recepção muito simpático

Cons:

Quarto sem fechadura na porta do banheiro, shampoo tinha que ficar no chão, tinha um grilo no quarto, tive que procurar ou não dormia. Não nos deixaram entrar no quarto antes das 15 horas, mas deixaram funcionários públicos entrarem, disseram que tinham preferência, e ficou eu idoso, esposa idosa e filha menor de idade feito bobos vendo aquela cena, me senti indiscriminado.

Não gostei .

Cons:

Me acomodaram andar baixo , como sempre solicito andares mais alto possível. Outra me acomodaram em apto adaptado e faltavam alguns móveis tipo mesa e cadeiras para ter mais áreas livres. Como meus 2 voos atrasaram muito , fiquei só algumas horas no apto já era quase madrugada aí não solicitei troca. Cafe da manhã decaiu muito qualidade e quantidade.

Cons:

Começando pela recepcionista que foi bem grossa. Eu havia errado os dias da reserva, entrei em contato com o hotel pelo booking pedindo alteração e foi aceito. Chegando lá, a recepcionista não encontrava minha reserva, mesmo eu mostrando a confirmação. No final das contas, ela disse que não poderia fazer nada e queria nos mandar embora. Estávamos eu, minha mãe que é idosa e minha irmã. Havíamos viajado 10 horas de carro. Pedi para falar com o gerente e ela, muito grosseiramente disse: pode ser, mas ele também não vai poder fazer nada.
Para a infelicidade dela, o gerente resolveu o problema. A recepcionista nos deu a chave e não se deu ao trabalho nem de explicar qual andar era o quarto.
O quarto era grande, mas o hotel em si é velho e tem cheiro ruim. O chuveiro é horrível e a porta do banheiro não tranca.
O café da manhã é razoável, cheio de produtos industrializados.
Nunca mais volto lá!
