A limpeza precisa melhorar ( o banheiro estava com a pi e torneira sem a devida limpeza, o vidro da janela faz tempo que não é limpo, precisa da limpeza dos vidros da janela do salão onde é servido o café).
O ar condicionado fica pingando água no chão após liga lo.
Fazer a troca das toalhas.

Cons:

Deveria retirar os Bides dis banheiros e colocar duchas higiênicas.
Estendi a estadia e não conseguiram manter no mesmo quarto. Senti que faltou um gerente mais atuante. Apenas atenderam conforme reserva.

Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom. A localização é boa para locomoção, mas a região tem muitos moradores de rua. Obviamente a culpa não é do hotel.

Cons:

Não sei se são todas as acomodações, mas o apartamento que me foi reservado tinha recursos para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. Não é meu caso. Talvez até tenha feito indevidamente pedido neste sentido.
