Eu olhei o quarto pessoalmente e não fiz check in, quarto não condizia com as fotos

O térreo é bonito, o atendimento foi bom, como eu tinha tido uma experiência péssima no Lizon Curitiba Hotel, eu expliquei a situação para o atendente e pedi se eu poderia ver o quarto antes, ele permitiu e foi q melhor coisa, porque eu realmente não conseguiria descansar naquele hotel, banheiro sujo, paredes sujas, escuro, janela velha, cortinas cheias de manchas.
