Cons:

Nas últimas vezes, percebi que abrem o salão de café da manhã sem verificar se a máquina de café da manhã está devidamente abastecida e demoram para deixar de pronto uso dos hospedes. Deveria ser rotina obrigatória essa checagem antes de abrir o salão para o café.

We booked to stay here after 3 nights on the transpantanal highway so it felt like such a luxury after the lodges and dirt roads!

The pool is gorgeous, the cocktails were nicely made and the room has nice design touches

Cons:

It is right by a busy road so can hear traffic from the pool which is a shame. It’s a 10 minute taxi to bars and restaurants area but easy in an uber

Após mudar de quarto a referência que tinha do hotel foi mantida
Pros:

Ao escolher o Amazon busquei a referencia dos quartos do predio principal, o qual vi nas imagens e já conhecia por ter me hospedado. O quarto 104 é aconchegante, climatizado, acabamento de primeira e muito conforto. Café da manhã espetacular. O atendimento dos recepcionistas, muito acolhedor.

Cons:

Na ala que fica anexa ao prédio, próximo à academia, o quarto (225) tem acabamento inferior ao prédio principal, ar condicionado não funciona, afinal, sem conforto pelo valor pago na diária. Apos falar que iria cancelar, o atendente foi muito prestativo e transferiu para o quarto 104.
Um dos elevadores o botão do “Térreo” não funcionou.
Como estão em reforma, busquem manter o padrão em todos os quartos.

As instalações do hotel melhoraram, mas ainda há muito por melhorar. As toalhas são péssimas.
