Bon hôtel dans une ville très peu avenante...
Pros:

Cuiaba n'est sincèrement pas une ville où rester longtemps... L'hôtel est un havre de propreté dans un environnement de ville très dégradé, ravagé par la crise économique, des équipements urbains inéxistants... mais un hôtel bien équipé et une bonne salle de sport

Cons:

Nous avions demandé à être au calme et on nous a mis sur la rue. Par ailleurs, en réalité, nous aurions mieux fait de rester à l'Amazon de l'aéroport de Cuiaba, car sincèrement la visite de la ville n'apporte rien au voyage, c'est un cloaque affreux, on peut vraiment se passer de visiter cette ville. A éviter même...

Pros:

La situation

Cons:

En vrai Cuiabá est une ville sans âme. Pour les touristes, c'est un point d'appui pour ensuite partir dans le Pantanal. L'hôtel est proche de la place centrale et des quelques rues autour qui peuvent avoir du charme, seuls lieux à visiter de cette ville de travailleurs sans architecture, sans urbanisme, sans recherche d'âme. L'hôtel est propre mais l'insonorisation déplorable 😂 éviter de prendre les chambres sur la rue on entend très bien les voitures et les chiens qui aboient dehors, et dedans la douche du voisin ainsi que les toilettes qui se vident 😅

Tudo no hotel é muito agradável! Quarto com ar novinho, banheiro, também percebi que foi recém reformado, quarto aconchegante, frigobar moderno, café da manhã simplesmente incrível!

A comunicação de alguns funcionários exemplo: perguntada sobre o consumo, respondi que seriam um número X de águas, a atendente respondeu de forma ríspida: tem certeza? Disse que sim, mas que na dúvida, aguardaria a conferência. A atendente então respondeu de forma mais ríspida ainda: NÃO FAZEMOS CONFERÊNCIA SENHORA! Quando funcionários se reportam a clientes de forma hostil, para mim este é um ponto bastante negativo. 🥺

O Hotel esta em reforma e falta acessórios nos quartos como CABIDES a roupa ficou na mala.

No almoco, pedi para abrir um vinho que levei, fui informado que somente os vinhos da casa, disse que pagaria a rolha, novamente foi enfatizado que nao somente os vinhos da casa. ABSURDO, sai e fui almocar em outro Restaurante, onde abri o meu vinho.
