Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh Khaldia

As African-Americans who value kindness. respect and hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel. We have been to Riyahd multiple times and have had week-long stays at this Four Points Sheraton. We are from America and experienced Great Customer service. Friendly. Cleanliness. The Manager was always very helpful and professional.

Helt greit hotell

The lift, 1 of 4 broke down throughout my stay. The amenities in the room, one day I had slipper, the next day did not provide, one day I had face towel, next day none and no shower gel, had to ask 3x to refill. In addition, the laundry they left at receotion and forgot totally.

food restaurant staff was great too

only the Airconditioning at night is way too warm

Ali in the reception was super , Mr hussain Fahmy was the dynamo and a special thanks to the receptionist miss Badriyah for her kindness and for her special hospitality, I asked for some goods in Riyadh and she surprised me with her generosity with all word means!
Cleaners are superb always welling to hep with a big smile.
From front gate to the end Can’t thank you enough.

It was pretty decent. The suite I got was good, with room for four people. There was a small kitchen and two bathrooms, though no bathtub existed. The breakfast was good, with a lot of international options. The hotel is worth it, but the Sheraton would've been better.

ottimo hotel in centro a Riyhad. la posizione però è un po' infelice in quanto proprio situato in una zona della città molto molto trafficata, e se si deve guidare per raggiungerlo, può essere un gran problema. L'hotel invece molto bene sotto ogni punto di vista, camere molto grandi e pulite, colazione e palestra ok! ottimo servizio di pick-up della tua auto nel parking da parte del personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. ci tornerò solo se non dovrò guidare personalmente un'auto a noleggio.

Excellent hotel with excellent service, very accessible, and above all amazing staff.

Just completed a 2+ week stay here at the Four Points Riyadh Khaldia. They must be renovating the rooms because mine had a brand new bathroom and new carpet and furniture. I’ve stayed here many times and they have always given me a room upgrade due to my Titanium status, which I much appreciate.

The breakfast is extensive and food is excellent but the best part is the staff, led by Ovi who always makes sure his staff make me feel welcome. Congratulations on the well-deserved promotion, Ovi! Shout-out to Roni who knows how I like my coffee and keeps my cup full every morning. The best scrambled eggs with cheese in Riyadh are made by Ajay at the egg station. He knows exactly how to make them - not runny and perfectly fluffy. Hard to find someone who can make them this good in the Middle East.

Housekeeping is also top notch and quick and reliable.

You can’t go wrong staying here and I hope to be back very soon.

Good stuff and hotel in the center good room but needs more cleaning because the dust you can see it when you move in general is good

Very convenient location

Staff is the best, especially Ovi at breakfast. I always feel welcome and he makes sure the staff bring me my usual coffee just right. Breakfast is a very large buffet with many options and egg station.

They honor Marriott elite benefits, unlike other Marriott properties in the US (like the Marriott Al Jaddef in Dubai - AVOID). I always get a nice room and they are good about bringing extra water or towels as requested.

Elevators can be a bit quirky but there was only one time I really had an issue (I’ve stayed at this hotel for many weeks off and on this year). And I just asked to use the service elevator. So that was that.

Will definitely return. Highly recommended for business travelers and if you have kids there are two huge pools and 2 gyms. Can’t ask for more.

Can’t wait til the 26th floor lounge opens.

Rooms are ok but toilet sometimes smells bad for no reason.
Breakfast isn’t that good, and they serve the worst coffee Ive ever tried.
I think they keep it bad so you go to the lobby coffeeshop and pay to get normal coffee. I haven’t expected this from one of Marriott network!.

Noise from next room , room is not isolated
