Based on how much I paid. I will not be back based on the uncleanliness and lack of parking.

The hotel has very little parking and back thank God we found a place otherwise my husband would have to work and he is disabled. Very, very dirty in the halls and the elevator. The room is very small and the colours are not happy. I asked for extra towels, which I didn’t get. I asked for a hairdryer which I never got. I asked for extra shampoo and conditioner, cause I have long hair, which I never got and I didn’t use because I never got a hairdryer and it’s cold outside. The hall floor is an even and I worry about that with people with certain conditions. They have patched them holes in the holes, but haven’t completed any work on it. The patches have been there a while, and I know this because my husband is a retired construction worker. He own his own business. Also, a cleaning lady walked into someone’s occupied room to clean it and she said she felt terrible because the system failed her. She said it showed unoccupied on the system. I did see her excuse herself, but that doesn’t mean that couldn’t have happened to us.

we will probably not return
Pros:

Even if this building is old, it could be better kept. the washroom is totally unpleasant, the damages on the mirror for example is horrible. the carpet is not clean and smelly.

Cons:

the rooms need redone for sure and it makes it feel dirty.

Pretty good for my money!
Pros:

Sheets and surfaces were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

The walls could desperately use a coat of paint, and the carpets needs a deep clean, seeing this is a pet friendly hotel.

The absolute worst hotel I've stayed at.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Dirty room, smells throughout. During the night someone kept powerwashing in the parking lot where my window backed onto. Got no sleep. Lots of drugged up people hanging around the entrance and surrounding areas. Did not feel safe.

Stayed while in transition to other places, it fit my needs
Pros:

Room was exactly what I needed, affordable, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what you expect from a hotel, not stellar but convenient and easy.

Cons:

Parking was a pain, and the location was convenient but not very pleasant.
