De locatie. Je loopt zo naar alle bezienswaardigheden in Kristiansand. Het restaurant is ook prima.
Het is erg prijzig als je alleen voor de bootovertocht een overnachting nodig hebt. Ook voor het parkeren betaal je 390 NOK.

Die Atmosphäre des Hotels. Als ob man mitten in einem Kriminalroman wäre. Super Bedienstete und sehr gutes Essen und lokales Bier. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Es hat richtig Spaß gemacht hier, wenn auch nur eine Nacht, zu verweilen

Glemte igjen ytterjakke i klesskapet på rommet. Oppdaget det 2 timer etter utsjekk og kontaktet hotellet. De lovet å sjekke!/se etter jakke. Fulgte opp hotellet et par dager senere, men hører ikke fra dem.
Det rare er at når jeg går ut av rommet, står vaskebetjeningen klar på utsiden av døren klar for å vaske rommet. Da burde jakken bli funnet og levert resepsjonen.
Enten er rutiner rundt gjenglemt ting på rommene forferdelig dårlige, eller så er betjeningen uærlige.

Nice location, very central. The breakfast service was excellent!
The aircondition doesn’t work. The control panel lets you adjust the temperature but nothing happens. Also, the room doesn’t even have a refrigerator/ mini bar. That is a very necessary thing to have, hotels all over the world provide this, but not Scandic…
The location was amazing. We had a corner room that looked on to both the marina and the beach. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. A spacious room with nice decor and very comfy beds.
Parking underneath was very expensive, although this isn't run by the hotel so not within their control. The cafe and lobby bar are completely closed after breakfast time on a Sunday - this seemed really odd for a hotel operating 7 days a week. Also, more for booking.com - need to make clear that the pool and sauna are available but chargeable! The pool is not actually part of the hotel.
