Cons:

A piscina oferece toalhas mas não te possibilita ir até o quarto com ela, ou seja, se você quer aproveitar a piscina térmica sem passar frio depois, precisa levar tudo consigo, o que eu acho pouco prático para o hóspede. O café da manhã tinha muitas opções, mas os ovos estavam frios e as coisas eram bonitas mas não eram gostosas - bolos, waffle. No fim, não acho que o valor da hospedagem corresponde à qualidade das instalações

A localização do hotel é muito boa e os funcionários são muito educados e solícitos. O café é bem bom, mas achei a divisão dele no salão meio estranha. Não dava para achar bem as coisas.

Cons:

Achei a acústica ruim. A gente escutava tudo o que acontecia nos corredores. A tv não era smart também. Achei as coisas meio antigas no quarto.

O banho e bom. A cama boa

Pros:

Un hotel muy bueno, pero una mención especial merece el desayuno y el restaurante, simplemente excelentes, bajo la dirección de su Chef Dona Claudia, quien realiza platos espectaculares y algunos de ellos típicos de la región de la serra gaucha, mis felicitaciones a ella y a todo su equipo.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento a todas sus instalaciones, en especial alfombras y baños de las habitaciones. El sector de pileta igualmente debería tener una mejoría.
