Melhor hotel!!
Pros:

Amamos tudo, desde a simpatia dos funcionários, as instalações do hotel, a comidade, conforto, qualidade em tudo! Cama híper confortável e o melhor chuveiro que já vi. Sem contar o melhor restaurante de Bento, escondidinho numa cave!

Não há nada para reclamar, nenhum detalhe!

Infelizmente tinha um grupo grande , e deixaram os hóspedes de lado , não tinha opção de refeição á noite , não tinha funcionários suficientes , e está em decadência , pois frequento á muitos o hotel .
Uma pena , localização muito boa , restaurante muito bom ( quando funciona ).

Localização e Conforto.Colaboradores muito atenciosos. Café da manhã com muitas opções.

Cons:

Café bem variado e atrativo, mas os ovos mexidos estavam frios ao servir. Vento frio ao esperar a retirada do veículo na sala do manobrista.

O piso da portaria é maravilhoso , imponente, porém não tem nada a ver com a condição do quarto 506

Agilidade checking e checkout, cordialidade dos funcionários

Cons:

Limpeza ( tinha cabelo e um mosquito morto na parede do banheiro). Conservação do banheiro bem ruim ( vaso sanitário com assento antigo de plástico, paredes bem manchadas de antiguidade nos quartos, esquadrias da janela sem conservação)

Da piscina aquecida. O hotel é grande e tem boa infra estrutura

Não achei as camas confortáveis. O atendimento no check in foi muito ruim, não passaram uma informação. O restaurante italiano a comida não é boa e nem o atendimento

Jantar no próprio hotel atendendo adultos e crianças, equipes bem preparadas para receber as família
Pros:

Café da manha excelente, grande variedade de frutas, e de todos os alimentos. equipe sempre repondo os alimentos e passando nas mesas para retirar o que ja tinha sido utilizado (sopos, pratos, ...).

Cons:

Em alguns momentos houve problema com o aquecimento da água no chuveiro.
