Hotel é bom, mas falta organização em algumas coisas

Cama grande. Piscina aquecida maravilhosa. Funcionários gentis.

Cons:

O quarto estava com o secador de cabelo estragado. O hotel precisa revisar as coisas antes do cliente entrar. A porta do frigobar mal fechava, pingava água e fazia barulho a noite toda. Frigobar velho. Esperamos mais de 40 minutos para que um funcionário viesse nos atender na piscina para fornecimento do roupão. Ligamos para a recepção. Meu marido foi pessoalmente e só diziam alguém virá atender.

Terrível.
Cons:

Quartos antigos, banheiros com aspecto de sujos e muitooo barulho nos quartos e corredores, péssimo local para se ir com crianças pequenas que tem demanda de descanso, piscina fecha cedo, brinquedos fecham cedo. Hotel não tem nada de atrativo. Passamos por uma situação extremamente constrangedora para finalizar nossa estadia, ficamos presos no elevador por quase 30 minutos com duas crianças, apertamos insistentemente o alarme e em momento algum tivemos resposta de ninguém da recepção, gerencia ou quaisquer um que seja, para informar que já estariam trabalhando para abrir a porta, chegamos ao ponto de pedir socorro para os bombeiros da cidade pela falta de cuidado e comunicação dos responsáveis pelo hotel. O que era para ser um passeio tranquilo, virou uma dor de cabeça.

Bento Gonçalves está linda e a localização do hotel é privilegiada.
As atrações no entorno são excelentes.
Fizemos nossos percursos caminhando, friozinho agradável e a natureza outonal exuberante.

Cons:

Tudo ótimo, talvez poderia estragar tudo se melhorasse!

O hotel é bem localizado. Não sei se voltaria a me hospedar nele novamente
Pros:

O café da manhã é muito bom mas é hotel que recebe excursão então tem muita gente.
Atendimento dos funcionários é bom.

Cons:

No quarto que estávamos, no último andar e com vista para o fundo, tem um exaustor/motor que fica dia e noite ligado. No meu caso, tive muita dificuldade para dormir.
