Гостиница находится в супер месте , очень удобная локация , если вы с машиной то как известно в старом городе это большая проблема и найти парковку не предстовляет возможность , искали заранее с парковкой , так как путешествовали с инвалидной коляской и это было неоходимость ! в гостинице есть договоренность с парковкой в 1 минуте ходьбы что очень удобно , но полагаю что надо хорошо взвесить надо ли вообще машина при проживании в этой гостинице так , как мы за 4 дня ни разу ей не воспользовались , учитывая инвалидную коляску ! Так как знали город не простой и двигаться сложно , но даже на коляске старый город можно исходить пешком не напрягаясь , для нас было очень важно ! вокруг весь транспорт и при неоходимости можно воспользоваться , много безбарьерных автобусов , водители очень любезные если надо помощь всегда помогут без лишних слов и возражений ! Но про автобусы с пандусом надо уточнять если кому -то важно ! Сама гостиница достойна лучших оценок , безбарьерный номер очень удобный и большой , проживали втроем но места вполне достаточно для коляски для ее перемещения по комнате ! Приветственные угощения в номере , бар , мыльные принодлежности, уборка ежедневная, все это достойно 5 звезд ! Завтрак с большим выбором блюд , фрукты , овощи , кому важно блюда без глютена (мы заказывали заранее при бронировании , но можно было упамянуть уже на завтраке и вас проводят к уголку продуктов без глютена)
Очень любезный персонал ! На любой вопрос был получен ответ и каждая просьба удовлетворена сразу без ожидания
Огромное спасибо персоналу и отелю за прекрасную работу и наш отдых

Cons:

Гостиница расположена на улице с множеством кафе и дойти до нее через вечно предлогающих меню целый квест , но зато никогда не будете голодать . Но это не в проблема гостиницы !

Very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent with my room over looking the street.
The foyer and bar were very nice with lots of plants.

Would definitely return to this hotel.
Pros:

The staff were super helpful. The location was excellent and as a bonus the mini bar was complimentary and refilled each day. The rooms were very modern.

Pros:

I arrived to Lisbon at midnight, hoping to find a nice hotel for the night, and I was crossing over Santa justa- best decision! The receptionist was the kindest! Made me feel at home, the room was with a beautiful view and clean and spacious. It was the best way to start my trip at Portugal.
