In the heart of Lisbon near waterfront
Pros:

The hotel is in the heart of Baixa, perfect location for first-time visitors to Lisbon. The breakfast was nice with lots of options. The room was super quiet especially for being in the location that it was. Cool shower with different colored lights and adjustable shade.

Cons:

We were unlucky and had an issue with pests in our room. The staff was pleasant when approached about it and said they would take care of it right away, change the sheets and sanitize the room. They did do that but we still got bites the next night. We had hoped they might follow up with us upon checking out but they did not. Made for an unpleasant flight home.

Colazione molto gradita, non solo dolce e salato ma anche ottima frutta.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto prolungare, inaspettatamente, il nostro soggiorno e avrei preferito una stanza più ampia, data la permanenza piuttosto lunga..considerando la prima stanza davvero ottimale.

Perfect hotel in a high energy location.
Pros:

The welcome gifts, oversized bath towels, and universal outlets.

Cons:

A lot of outside noise carries into the room. We had to use white noise on our phones to drown out the street noise at bedtime. The room doors also slam close loudly, what we learned when our neighbor departed their room numerous throughout the night and early morning.

主人の誕生日前後の計4泊しました。誕生日当日は事前にホテルの方と打ち合わせした通り完璧にしていただき、サプライズが大成功でした！主人も本当に喜んでくれました。ありがとうございます。
このホテルは街の中心部にあってどこに行くにも徒歩圏内、ベレン地区に行くトラム15番もすぐ近く(始発駅だから座れる)、シントラに行くロシオ駅もすぐです。ホテルの前は歩行者天国でレストランなどたくさんありますが私たちにとっては夜も全くうるさく無かったし、お部屋もバスルームも広くて、スタイリッシュで最高でした。私、個人的にはアメニティが全てCODAGE(コダージュ)でシャンプーとコンディショナーが別々なのが嬉しかったです。Hotel Santa Justa を心からみなさんにオススメします！

Een heerlijk verblijf!

De vriendelijkheid van de meeste personeelsleden, zoals Mauro, de barman! Een dikke pluim voor hem! Ook voor alle baliemedewerkers, behalve de vrouwelijke medewerker op woensdagavond. Zie hieronder.

Cons:

Het gebrek aan service van de dame aan de balie woensdagavond. Zij weigerde wat melk te brengen naar de kamer en reageerde zelfs niet eens na mijn telefonische vraag, hoewel die melk op maandag geen probleem was. Toen ik naar beneden ging, zei ze dat ik die melk zelf maar aan de overkant van de straat moest gaan halen. Excuses en de melk kwamen achteraf van haar mannelijke collega.
