Pros:

主人の誕生日前後の計4泊しました。誕生日当日は事前にホテルの方と打ち合わせした通り完璧にしていただき、サプライズが大成功でした！主人も本当に喜んでくれました。ありがとうございます。
このホテルは街の中心部にあってどこに行くにも徒歩圏内、ベレン地区に行くトラム15番もすぐ近く(始発駅だから座れる)、シントラに行くロシオ駅もすぐです。ホテルの前は歩行者天国でレストランなどたくさんありますが私たちにとっては夜も全くうるさく無かったし、お部屋もバスルームも広くて、スタイリッシュで最高でした。私、個人的にはアメニティが全てCODAGE(コダージュ)でシャンプーとコンディショナーが別々なのが嬉しかったです。Hotel Santa Justa を心からみなさんにオススメします！

Een heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

De vriendelijkheid van de meeste personeelsleden, zoals Mauro, de barman! Een dikke pluim voor hem! Ook voor alle baliemedewerkers, behalve de vrouwelijke medewerker op woensdagavond. Zie hieronder.

Cons:

Het gebrek aan service van de dame aan de balie woensdagavond. Zij weigerde wat melk te brengen naar de kamer en reageerde zelfs niet eens na mijn telefonische vraag, hoewel die melk op maandag geen probleem was. Toen ik naar beneden ging, zei ze dat ik die melk zelf maar aan de overkant van de straat moest gaan halen. Excuses en de melk kwamen achteraf van haar mannelijke collega.

Excellent choice for a city break
Pros:

Such friendly and helpful staff. A perfect location for a 4 night city break. Mini bar restocked every day, chocolates on the bed and Portuguese cakes and a mini bottle of wine brought to the room on arrival. Just ask reception for anything listed in the info in the room and they will bring it. We called down and asked for bathrobes and slipper and ended up with 4 bathrobes🤣.
Bed very comfortable as I do not like a very hard bed, choice of pillows and small iron and ironing board.
Would highly recommend this hotel when in a city break.

The highlight of our Euro trip
Pros:

We did a family euro trip that included multiple cities in Spain and Italy and we added Lisbon last minute. And We did not have a lot of expectations, this hotel was the highlight of the entire trip. We want to go back to Portugal mostly because of our experience here. What a great staff and what a great place, can’t beat the location, the rooms are immaculate. My kid kept comparing every other Hotel to Santa Justa and not once did they match haha

We had an excellant stay for my birthday and enjoyed the sights.
Pros:

The staff were warm and very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and goog choice of food at breakfast. Good fresh fruit selection. We had an evening meal which was very pleasant after our long day travelling. Hotel very central for sightseeing. There are good resturarnats within a short walk and in the street outside, plenty of shops near.
he Tuk tuk sightseeing was perfect and took us around a good selection of sights and saved our legs.

Cons:

In room tea/ coffee facilities were basic and disappointing, being a tea drinker no english tea or milk, cups too small. I expected for a superior room there to be bath robes and slippers. Limited storage.
In the breakfast room also, hard to make english tea and and no milk near the tea bags. All coffee from an automated coffee machine, nice freshly brewed coffee and tea served at the table would have been much better.

Pros:

A localização do hotel é o ponto alto da estadia. Muito central, de fácil acesso, dá para fazer tudo a pé! Mas não só isso torna a estadia maravilhosa. Os staff do hotel muito atencioso como sempre. O hotel teve lobby recém reformado, o que o deixou ainda mais bonito. Recebemos mimos e um upgrade de quarto. Em lisboa, sempre voltamos ao Santa Justa.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Excellent stay in a great location.

We stayed here for one night as a family and were really impressed. The hotel is in a great location in the Baixa Chiado area, very lively and only about a 3 minute walk from the metro which made getting around Lisbon very easy.

The staff were extremely friendly and respectful from the moment we arrived, and even helped carry our luggage. We had booked two rooms and they upgraded one of them at no extra cost which was a really nice surprise.

Both rooms were very clean and had more amenities than we expected. They were also ready before the official check-in time so we were able to check in early. The hotel also offered some welcome gifts which was a lovely touch.
Breakfast was excellent with a big variety of choices and everything was great quality.
As a family we’ve stayed in many 4 star hotels in different countries, but our 14 year old said this was his favourite hotel so far, which says a lot!

Would definitely recommend staying here.
