Pros:

Super recomendo este hotel! Iniciando pela equipe desde a entrada até a saída, toda a atenção que tiveram conosco. Em relação a acomodação, super limpa, localização privilegiada, pois você consegue fazer tudo a pé. Ótimas opções de restaurantes próximas.

위치 정말 좋아요. 왠만한데 다 5-10분 거리여서 더운 날씨 지치면 잠깐 쉬었다 나가기 좋아요. 주변에 맛집도 많고요. :)
그리고 직원들도 친절하고 아! 조식은 기본 구성이지만 알차요.
과일은 매일 한가지가 변경되는거 같은데 망고랑 멜론 정말 달고 맛있었어요. 굿굿!

Cons:

아쉬운점은 다른 리뷰에서도 나왔듯이 방 청소 진행시 바닥 먼지는 청소 안해주시는거 같아 그부분이 아쉬워요. 방에 먼지 덩어리랑 벌레등 눈에 보여서 좀 그랬어요.

We’d stay there again.
Pros:

Excellent location. Outstanding restaurant was just a few steps away where we ate a Sunday evening. Close to town square where tuk tuk driver picked us up. Can’t say enough about the staff. Very customer oriented and making every effort to please their guests.Absolutely loved the shower head!

We are DEFINITELY going back to Hotel Santa Justa!
Pros:

We stayed at Santa Justa from June 1 and left on June 7th, 2026, it was one of the best vacation stay that we've had! The location is ideal, the staff wonderful, the ambiance of the area excellent as it's in the heart or Lisbon yet not too busy area wise. We would sit outside on the street as they are closed to traffic and would look at the restaurants enticing you to come in! It was so entertaining just sitting and observing. Santa Justa also provided drinks in the minifridge, as we don't drink alcohol it was replaced with peach nectar and coca cola. They are several great restaurants in the area, and a square with activity as you exit right of the hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel which exceeded expectations. We had made an error in the booking process and this was handled with kindness and efficiency when we checked in. Very helpful reception team and friendly bar staff. Rooms and hotel were spotless and excellent breakfast. Thankyou
