The staff were helpful, the room was large and modern and generally comfortable.

Cons:

The location is very difficult to get to. It is on pedestrian only streets for most of the time, except specific hours. I searched for a hotel with parking and this one was one of the few. While parking was available it was well off site and if you wanted the hotel rate which is only 5 Euro less, then you had to "just" pull over nearby and go into the hotel to get their card. In the mid afternoon it is unbelievably hard to do. If I had known the difficulty of doing this I would have just gone straight to the parking lot and paid the standard rate or booked a different hotel that had proper parking or valet. This hotel should not be advertised with parking. Any of the hotels in that area could claim the same but they do not, so I would say this is a bit of a stretch. That being said the location for tourism is excellent. The room AC was struggling to keep up. The rooms were well sound-proofed.

Super comfortable in and great location
Pros:

Loved the room with a view of the tower, my daughter love the room more (she loved the mini bridge and safe) she decided it was her own kitchen. Super comfortable and loved the little extras.

Wanted to stay more!

Otelin konumu çok iyi. Booking üzerinde sunulanlarla otelde karşılaştıklarınız uyumlu, hatta beklentinin üstünde. Personel güleryüzlü, anlayışlı, çözüm odaklı ve profesyonel bir ekipti. Odalar geniş ve genel olarak oldukça konforluydu. Odamızda ihtiyacımız olan herşey mevcuttu ve otelde hijyen tatmin ediciydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı alanı sıkışık ve biraz konforsuzdu, kahvaltı içeriği de daha iyi olabilirdi. Onun dışında oda ısıtma/soğutma sistemi pek iyi değildi ve asansör biraz bakımsız gibiydi, pek güven vermiyordu. Bunun dışında başka hiçbir olumsuzluk yaşamadık.
