Used to be better. Absolute no go with water that doesn’t get hot
Pros:

Good location, albeit loud, that is to be expected downtown. Spacious rooms, friendly staff, nice pool area.

The adjacent restaurant is great, especially for breakfast.

Cons:

The shower had no water pressure and didn’t get warm. The room was cold at night, the mini splits were not set up for heat. Unfortunately being cold with no relief, not even a hot shower made me sick.

The internet was extremely spotty. Mostly it didn’t work, so the computer connected to the adjacent restaurants router, which was too far and sup slow. I asked multiple times and was told they’d check it every time, but it never worked for more than 2 hrs max in a row when you got lucky

Don’t get me wrong, this used to be the norm, but not anymore! A hotel in this category should have reliable service.

V comfortable and stylish hotel with beautiful pool area
Pros:

Central location. Beautiful pool area. Stylish and functional rooms with lovely walk in shower. Friendly and helpful staff offering advice and support re general info and ordering taxis to beach. Efficient and unobtrusive room service . Excellent service from bar staff .

Ive stayed several times prefer front rooms with balcony and view
Pros:

Excellent location and value. Friendly staff. Comfortable. Good outside restaurant serving breakfast. I prefer the rooms at the front with more light and view.

Cons:

Disappointed roof top bar not open. Rooms ar the back only have a small window so not much natural light.

Pros:

Beautiful location, good area close to amenities walking distance. Lovely staff, was able to check out later and the pool is open for long hours. Very comfortable rooms with large shower.

Muy lindo, muy buena ubicación y limpieza

Cons:

Habia un evento a lado y todo se escuchaba decían que el evento terminaría temprano pero termino hasta después de las 10:30 pm
Además de que como es a pie de calle se escucha todos los ruidos de la calle. Entre el ruido de la música del evento y ruido de la calle, Casi no pude dormir

Very pretty property and well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Beautiful pool area; outdoor seating available on upper decks with ocean views.

Pros:

Lovely stay in the centre of Todos Santos, the room had a small balcony with a view over the city and a nice and clean interior design. Jumping into the onsite pool was very refreshing and the restaurant and bar next to the hotel served delicious cocktails and breakfast! It is a bit on the pricier site but absolutely worth it for a short trip to Todos Santos.
