Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alle Anfragen wurden erfüllt. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber. Der Blick aus dem Fenster (2. Stock) zur Altstadt genial. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist für diese Lage ok.

Cons:

Leider gab es wenig Auswahl an vegetarischen oder veganen Frühstücksvarianten. Abends war deutlicher Essensgeruch im Treppenhaus zu vernehmen, da die Küche des Restaurants unten lag. Gottseidank gab es eine Zwischentür.
Die Duschabtrennung sollte erneuert werden, da Verschmutzungen nach einiger Zeit einfach nicht mehr zu reinigen sind.

Sehr entspannte drei Nächte ... ☺
Pros:

Top Lage mit schöner Aussicht von der Zimmerterrasse.
Das Frühstück war gut mit reichlich Auswahl - Filterkaffee aus der Therme, etwas anderes musste man extra ordern.
Das Personal war supernett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

There is no iron available. I wasn't able to iron my shirts for work. Although they kindly offer me a solution, and I provided them my shirts. After two days, they were still not ironed.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen!

Das Bett, die Aussicht, der Standort. Das war es leider... ...

Cons:

Service!! Beim Einchecken höflich, danach ... und zum Abschied nach dem Frühstück nicht mal ein "Tschüss" zurück. Unsere Zimmertür stand nach dem Zimmer reinigen offen als wir zurückkamen und als Reaktion kam ein "Danke für die Info." Mehr nicht. Genauso wie bei einer Frage zu einer Sehenswürdigkeit. Keine Antwort.

Das Frühstück war bis auf den Kaffee komplett sehr kalt - von der Nutella und Butter bis hin zu den "Warmspeisen" und die Brötchen nicht ganz durchgebacken und hart. Insgesamt wenig ansehnlich. Am besten war der Saft.

Auch beim Restaurant am Abend war die Musik laut und eintönig und der Service leider auch nicht gut. Die Gruppe Mitarbeiter haben Kartons zerkleinert wenige Meter von uns entfernt und haben sich benommen, als wären keine Gäste da.
Allgemein ein wenig bemühter Service und eher wortkarg.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr angenehmes Personal, z.T. schmutzig, was man leicht ändern könnte...
Pros:

Die Lage ist nahe am Stadtkern, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Fragen/Anliegen sofort zu beantworten/zu lösen = sehr kundenorientierte Haltung = sehr angenehm.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind nicht gut gereinigt/geputzt (Staubschichten auf Holzflächen von "Sessel/Bestuhlung" // die weißen Zimmertüren haben Schmutzränder an den Kanten, die oft "begriffen" werden // Fenster/Türen sind z.T. so verzogen, dass sie nicht mehr schließen). Es gibt einige PKW-Stellplätze, jedoch sind diese eigentlich nur für sehr kleine Autos geeignet, da es sich um ehemalige Garagen handelt, die sehr schmal sind = man kann bei einem "normalen" Auto nur mit dem Heck in der Stellfläche stehen, weil man sonst die Fahrertür nur ca. 10 cm öffnen könnte (Ein-/Aussteigen sonst nicht möglich)

Bij verzoek om wat extra koffie sachet en bevestiging dat dit op de kamer zou worden gelegd is dit achteraf niet gebeurd
