It would have been excellent if the room was clean.
Pros:

Friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

The room needs a thorough cleaning. The table where the tv is placed is dusty, same with the wall at the back of the bed (gutter) where the lights are. The toilet had insects at night time. Floor of the toilet is not clean, esp the area where the toilet bowl is.

Too noisy, next to the street, hear clearly the motorcycle. Except it, others are good

Good value for money, would stay again.
Pros:

Centrally located and very convenient, it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Cons:

The building itself is a bit hard to locate but not that bad. It’s bit old but the apartment itself was quite big and comfortable.
