Convenient but aging and noisy.
Pros:

Convenient to the venue.

Cons:

The hotel is showing its age, a bit worn down and noisy with hockey team kids running around at 11:30pm when we have an early start and I hardly slept.

the location was fine the parking was ok,

the entire hotel was run down it needs a major over haul, every inch of the place requires a cleaning way below standard

My clients said it was okay.
Pros:

I booked the room for a family in need. I tried calling the hotel directly multiple times with no answer. I had to book through Booking.com which caused me to spend more than necessary for a small hotel. I also did not get to use my status card to save the taxes as this hotel is on Treaty Territory.

Cons:

The man that finally answered the phone. He was rude, condescending and had zero customer service skills.

Pros:

Loved how clean everything was. The pool and waterslide were great! Staff was very friendly, breakfast was great, and location by the casino was an awesome bonus.

Will be a great place once all reno'scompleted
Pros:

The breakfast was intentionly good, but left to long and very dry. Staff was extremelyly nice. Room was great, but needed a coffee table (but they are in the process of renovating, so understandable).

Cons:

Don't make such big batches of breakfast items, so they will be fresher for guests eating later.

Decent hotel, gaps in hospitality
Pros:

Breakfast was good, lots of options, the lady who does breakfast was great! Super friendly
Cleaning staff were also great and accommodating.
The pool is nice. And the room was a good size

Cons:

Front desk staff always seemed confused and another staff member kept going out of her way to yell at my kids in the pool, when we were the only people in the pool and they werent breaking any of the posted rules.
Elevator was also broken the whole week which was very inconvenient.

Best Yorkton Hotel by far!!
Pros:

One of the best Hotel stays I've had in a very long time. Check-in was fast, friendly and very professional. Lobby was very clean and well lit. Directions to room and use of Wi-fi were very easy to understand. Explanation of breakfast time and location of hotel amenities were also explained in great detail. Even greeted by other Front desk agent that was assisting another traveler. Every area of the hotel was very clean from hallways to the elevator. The room I was assigned to was clean, well laid out, and the bed was even better than the expensive one I have at home. The room had a leather sofa that was comfortable and could also fold out into a bed if needed. There were multiple options for lighting spaced all around the room, and a large work station. One feature I appreciated was the access to multiple outlets for my laptop, cell charger, etc. My new hotel of choice for all of my over nights in Yorkton. Will be bringing my swimming trunks next time as I heard their 2 storey waterslide is the fastest around!

Great weekend stay!
Pros:

Our weekend stay was terrific! The staff was welcoming, helpful & very accommodating to our requests. The rooms were clean, spacious & comfortable! We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast too! The hotel is easy to navigate to & the distance to amenities outside the hotel are relatively close! Great stay!
