3* at best. Poor service but best position for all the sights.
Pros:

The rooms and bed.very comfortable and clean. Door staff courteous. The location is perfect for walking to major attractions. The rooftop was a nice place to sit.

Cons:

. Dog barking all night also calls to prayer very early morning Bring ear plugs.
Staff don’t speak English and stare at you. The reception staff are not friendly and in one case quite rude.
The food in the restaurant only passable, Basic amenities

Pros:

The location is great - local market and shops right opposite. Walking distance to the Golden Temple.

Cons:

Some of the staff (not all) had a habit or arguing or being rude. We’ve stayed here lots of times, was quite surprised with the overall customer service.

The stay was very enjoyale.
Pros:

The food was excellent. The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the trip to Wagah was well oranised

Cons:

It would have been good if the hotel were able to organise the booking of a train to Delhi. No other criticisma to make.
