Good hotel with one major bad point
Pros:

- great location, 5 minutes walk to the partition museum and 15 minutes to the golden temple

- comfortable and silent room despite a mosque located right opposite our room

Cons:

- hard water in the bathroom (many people have complained before to no avail). This is a huge negative.

- don't provide newspapers in the room despite having a newspaper holder outside every room

- outside food is not allowed - this is such an archaic and stupid practice that does not become such a well known brand

Nice & clean hotel
Pros:

The hote staff were helpful and kind especially Rajver(host) & Yasmen( front desk) for accommodating my request. Food was OK but would recommend to have different variety every 2 to 3 days.

Effortless choice
Pros:

Excellent location, as close as you can get with on site parking. Quiet rooms and lively surroundings.
Room was clean and well appointed. Everything was in working order and fresh.
Seamless and effortless

Cons:

Breakfast supposed to start at 0630 started only at 0730.
And the food was ordinary.
Swimming pool water was murky, we actually decided not to use the pool.
