Pros:

The spa therapists from yesterday and this morning were amazing !! Warm personality , attention to details and great massages . The manager of hotel operation ( I apologies for not remembering his name as he told me ) is an example of customer service done right . After I gave a feedback about a rude employee on our last visit , today on our check out he acknowledged my feedback and made me aware that the employee was informed . That’s exactly the service I am used with at Orhideea.

We were pleasantly surprised by how spacious the property was for the price we paid. It was clean, well maintained, and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference to our experience. The breakfast was enjoyable, especially the croissants, fried cheese, and sautéed vegetables, which were all delicious. The location was also very convenient - close to a shopping centre, as well as the town and airport. The surrounding area felt safe, making our stay even more relaxing.

Cons:

Expanding the range of food options would enhance the hotel’s overall rating, particularly with a greater selection of vegetarian choices.

We did not stay at Hotel very much , just for sleep. The location is good because is in central area
