Pros:

In a good area with food choices and the pier. Busy, but not totally crazy. Many Thai people and a few tourists. Easy access to public transit. The room has a.c. which is good, but it's pretty basic otherwise. I didn't come to Thailand to stay in my room all day.

Cons:

Mattress was super hard.

Nice, but would not recommend.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was good. View is fantastic.

Cons:

Very slippery floors. Even barefoot with no socks. Someone can hurt themselves. The shower goes from very hot to very cold. Building needs some renovation. Lots of mosquitos in the room because they get in through the bathroom window which you cannot close.

Para el precio que se paga, es mejor casi un hostel con habitación compartida que está habitación.
La localización es lo único bueno que tiene. Las fotos no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, y a mí nunca me gusta hacer críticas donde me hospedo, pero ha sido el único alojamiento en toda mi estancia en Tailandia muy mala. El personal no te ayuda, bueno, no tiene, no tiene consigna o maletero para poder dejar tus maletas si haces check out y necesitas unas horas para ello y te dicen básicamente que te busque la vida. La habitación estaba sucia, había una botella de agua abierta. De verdad, no vengáis aquí. Parecía un zulo, no esperaba lujos pero he pagado menos en un resort enfrente del mar en las islas turísticas.

De passage à Bangkok, j'ai séjourné une nuit dans cet hôtel que je recommande vivement.
Chetuphon Gate est formidablement bien situé et la petite rue qui va jusqu'au fleuve Chao Phraya est très agréable.
L'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux, la chambre que j'occupais était très propre, joliment décorée, le très grand lit vraiment confortable, et... surprise au moment de m'approcher de la fenêtre : la vue directe sur le Temple Wat Pho est tout simplement sublime ! 😍🙏
Je reviendrai ici sans hésiter.

Wonderful location, charming old building. Great value for money.
Pros:

Fantastic location for the price, amazing view of temples right from my window!! Good Thai food cafe downstairs and they can bring to your room. AMAZING churros food sold right outside entry door. So addictive.
- be aware you have to be comfortable
climbing 4 flights stairs. (This was part of the old buildings charm. I was on the top floor!)

Cons:

Not complaints, just suggestions to make this a 10/10 stay.

- add some English speaking film channels to television.
- I understand that the price point but a tv with Netflix capabilities would have made this stay that much more cosy after a long day of sightseeing.
- I suggest to please remove the glass coffee table from my room in particular. The Coffee table and my shin bone are no longer friends. The room is too small for it.
-the shower head needs some simple maintenance as when the water pressure is strong, the shower head flicks upwards from its bracket.

Great value for money, right next to main attractions but still quiet and not busy
Pros:

This hotel was above and beyond, value for money was excellent with views that were amazing especially at night. The beds were actually comfortable! The staff allowed us to store all our baggage all day which have 7 people was a lot! Perfect location also.

Pros:

Location is great, right by the river and the main temples. Easy walking distance to the metro subway. Our room had an amazing view of the nearby temples. It was exactly what we wanted for the price.
