My stay at the hotel was wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities provided — the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is directly connected to the mall, making shopping easy and convenient. There’s also a kids’ play area on the third floor, which is a great bonus for families with children.
The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay.
I would especially like to thank Mr. Muhamed Adeeb at the reception, who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out.

The stay was good but we faced a challenge upon arrival. Firstly the front desk didn’t greet us and secondly they didn’t explained the facilities of the hotel. I was amazed that I did not signed any registration card upon arrival and they handed over the room keys to us (haha signed the registration card upon check out). The room charges were paid online as i made booking through MMT. But the hotel denies that they did not receive any payment from the travel agent so they asked us a security deposit for the room charges. The confirmation clearly shows that the breakfast is included but the hotel denies that the booking includes breakfast. However, I informed the FO team to please follow up with the travel agent or reservation team so that I can have a smooth checkout. But the next day was horrible. Called twice in the morning to reception to follow up for the room charges but even at the checkout we have to wait for one hour 30 minutes. Me myself is a hotelier worked with Taj hotels and leading 5 star resort of Abu Dhabi as a front office supervisor. I will definitely rate 1 out of 10 for the front office team. I totally understand that sometimes there is an issue with the payment with 3rd party booking but that doesn’t mean I should wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours and should follow up myself for the payment. Reservation team and front office team please wake up and should attend a serious training.

5 star thoughout including room and breakfast. However a little far from the mountains and reception is a little uncertain about places to visit. The Valet service is excellent with Mr. Altamash leading the way with his glowing smile and assistance which made up in terms of guidance for visits.

Great hotel with beautiful pool and big gym, the biggest breakfast buffet I’ve seen in years and everything fresh!
Staff is very friendly and in January it is very quiet and relaxing.

I had the pleasure of staying here for a few days, and I must say the ambiance was cool and pleasant. While the breakfast and food could use some improvement, one person truly stood out—Cathy Akello. She is an incredible individual, deeply dedicated to her work, always approachable, and proactive in anticipating and meeting our needs without even being asked.

The best hotel ever, I like all the staff how the my cooperate and let you feel you are in your second house , they have all the services, best location which can you find all what you need , I feel always relax and confident . They have nice coffee in the lobby , clean swimming pool and safety, welcoming coffee and dates in the reception. All the best for every one that supports to make the successful for the hotel

Muhammed Adeeb very kidness and helpful he helped me more time and any time when i asked for information. Our family had an excellent experience at Four points by Sheraton . The rooms were spotless, spacious, and perfect for families. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The kids loved , and the food was fresh and delicious with plenty of variety. The location was perfect for exploring, and the service was outstanding.

First of all, thanks to all the hotel staff, especially the employee Mohammed, for the warm welcome. He is always smiling, welcoming us, and serving us with all respect. He also chose the right rooms and upgraded them for us at the best prices. I hope to honor him with a medal for the best employee in the hotel in all aspects.

Breakfast wasn’t great, some food didn’t look fresh, like it was from the day before. I’m not picky, but the options didn’t taste good. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it since I ended up skipping it some days to eat outside. Something in the room, whether the air conditioning or carpet, triggered constant allergies. My throat felt sore, I lost my voice, and I couldn’t breathe properly inside the hotel. I was fine outdoors, but the symptoms started as soon as I stepped into my room. It got so bad that I spent some nights at a friend’s house and was basically paying for a room just to store my bags. It was a 8-night stay, so I tried asking for a refund for the unused nights to book another property, as staying there was unbearable. Expedia approved a refund, but hotel didn’t, only offering to move me to another room, so that was my only option, as without the hotel approval, Expedia couldn’t release the refund. At least the new room was cleaner than the first (which had a dirty bathroom), but the allergies didn’t stop. This booking felt like a total waste of money.

This Sheraton didn’t live up to the brand’s usual standards. Expect weird looks from men and judgment for not being fully covered. It made me feel uncomfortable as a Western woman.

In the end, staying here was more stressful than relaxing. Between the bad food, health issues, and awkward vibes, it was a really disappointing experience.
