"The location is excellent, and the breakfast is very delicious and varied. The hotel is, of course, perfect in every way.

however, in my opinion, the fact that the windows in the rooms do not open and no fresh air enters creates discomfort, which evokes a feeling of a closed space.

Pros:

Swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is great and thanks to Yusuf from breakfast restaurant for 5 star service.
Thanks to reception team and Mr.Baran as well.

Cons:

It is quite pricey.
Air in the corridor of 3rd floor was affected by ac system and smell of food from restaurant

Заказал еду через рус сервис, заплатил 55 долларов.
Через 30 минут принесли еду абсолютно БЕЗ соли, пресную, никаких переправ, есть невозможно. Ок, не страшно, позвонил и попросил донести соль и перец. Спустя 40 минут ничего не принесли, еда уже остыла. Позвонил снова - потребовали оплату за соль и перец. Отказался от еды и не стал есть остывшее и несоленное.
Съехал на следующий день не дожидаясь окончания оплаченного срока.

التحكم بدرجة حرارة غرفتي من الفندق وضبطها على 26 درجة مئوية في عز الصيف النظافة في أدنى مستوياتها الخدمة سيئة وفرضوا علي تأمين 5000 ليرة تركية غير مذكورة في الحجز والغرف اللي اعطوني اطلالتها سيئة والأثاث قديم ومفارش السرير بوليستر واكرليك ومغسلة الحمام مسدودة ولم يسمحوا لي بالدخول للغرف إلا الساعة الثالثة مساء رغم توفر الغرف لكن تعامل الفندق مع عملاء بوكينج هكذا والمسبح ملئ بزوار من خارج الفندق

المحلات والمعالم حول الفندق

Cons:

تاخير باستلام الغرف بعد الساعه 3 حيث انه لم استلم جميع الغرف الا بعد ثلاث ساعات من بداية الوقت بحجة تجهيز وتنظيف الغرف ولم يتم اعادة التامين حتى الان من اكثر من شهرين وعدم وضع اسعار للمني بار داخل الغرفه وروائح بالممرات والمسبح متسخ ولايتم التنظيف ويوجد اعمال بناء بجوار الفندق لم يتم اشعارنا بها بالاضافة الى الاثاث قديم
