Pros:

The hotel service was great. I had to move rooms as it was a smoking room, then I had to move again as the AC wasnt on due to the time of year and the window being open was so loud, so lucky room 3 was great they moved me to the other side of the building so meant I could have the windows open without being kept up with the whole of Istanbul beeping their car horns! They made it super easy and very polite and never made to feel like I was a pain.

Cons:

Maybe when calling reception I kept being put through to different people as they didn't speak good English so was sometimes hard to feel like you were understood.

Великолепные завтраки! Очень вкусная еда!
Отличный персонал, готовый помочь.
Просторный номер, есть практически все необходимое (кроме банных халатов)

Cons:

Не было халатов
Очень шумно, плохая звукоизоляция у окна - даже при закрытых окнах очень шумно.
