الفندق حلو وقريب من محطة القطار الي يروح لاغلب الاماكن وقربه من جواهر مول الفندق ممتاز

عدم فتح الثلاجة الا بتامين 100 دولار وعدم فتح النافذة وذلك لاجراءات السلامة عندهم علما انه يوجد حاجز حديدي اما النافذة

Pros:

Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen, besonders nicht für Gäste, die über Booking buchen. Ich habe den Eindruck gewonnen, dass Booking-Kunden gezielt schlechtere Zimmer zugeteilt bekommen.

Mein Zimmer lag direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, ohne funktionierenden Lärmschutz. An erholsamen Schlaf war die ganze Nacht nicht zu denken. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass der Rezeption das Problem offenbar bekannt war und mir das Zimmer trotzdem zugewiesen wurde.

Ich habe mich noch vor Ort an der Rezeption beschwert und zusätzlich eine Beschwerde über Booking eingereicht. Umso enttäuschender war es, dass das Hotel später behauptet hat, ich hätte mich gar nicht beschwert, was schlicht nicht stimmt.

Mein Eindruck: Wenn Sie über Booking buchen, sollten Sie dieses Hotel besser vermeiden oder zumindest sehr genau auf die Zimmerzuteilung achten.

Cons:

Meiden sie Zimmer 208 und alle Zimmer zur Straße, da der Lärmschutz nicht funktioniert.

فندق راديسون بلو فندق رائع ومتميز يزيده جمالا لطافة الموظفين وبشاشتهم وتنوع الافطار ونظافته وسرعة خدمة العاملين فيه وموقعه الرائع في منطقه حيه وتجاريه ليست المره الاولى ولا الثانيه وساعيد السكن فيه تكرارا 🌺
