Exceptional Hospitality – My Second Visit Within a Month
This was my second visit to Vivanta Chennai IT Corridor within a month, and once again, I had an excellent and memorable experience. Returning so soon is a reflection of how comfortable and welcomed I felt during my first stay.
What truly makes this hotel special is the warmth, care, and personal attention provided by the staff.
A very special mention goes to the restaurant team – Chef Kannan, Chef Jaffer, Chef Bala, Ms. Suhasini and Mr. Chandan – for their excellent service and hospitality. The food was wonderful, but what impressed me most was the genuine care shown by the entire restaurant team.
During my stay, many times I had to leave my son alone in the restaurant due to my busy schedule. The restaurant staff, especially Mr. Chandan, took care of my son with such warmth and affection, almost as if he were a member of their own family. This level of care and personal attention was truly touching and went far beyond what I would normally expect from a hotel. Thank you, Chandan, and the entire restaurant team, for making my son feel so comfortable and cared for.
I would also like to sincerely appreciate the housekeeping team, especially Ms. Sangita and Mr. Roop. Once again, the Executive Housekeeper, Mr. Dasprakash, provided his exceptional care and trademark hospitality to us. This level of personalized service is something I greatly appreciate and is one of the reasons I enjoy returning to this hotel.
At the Front Desk, Mr. Senthil was very welcoming and professional, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience throughout my stay.
Overall, my second visit was just as wonderful as the first. The combination of excellent hospitality, comfortable rooms, great food, and genuinely caring staff makes Vivanta, Chennai is my preferred hotel in Chennai.

Had a wonderful stay at Vivanta! Right from check-in, Mr. Munsawmy at the front desk set the tone by giving us a completely free room upgrade to accommodate us with our baby, which made a huge difference. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and comfortable—special thanks to Mr. Rajee for taking such good care of us. Breakfast each morning was a highlight, especially being greeted by Priya, who always welcomed us with the warmest smile. Exceptional family-friendly hospitality from start to finish. Highly recommended!
