Overall it was a decent stay that met my basic expectations.
Pros:

The room was average and provided the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. it was adequately maintained, although there is room for improvement in certain aspects. Overall it was a decent experience

Cons:

The room was generally comfartable however a few aspects could be improved. the furnishings appeared slightly dated and some areas of the room could have been maintained more throughly, the sound insulation was not ideal and occasinal noise from outside or neighbouring rooms could be heard while these issues did not significantly affect my stayaddressing them would enchance the overall guest experience

stay was acceptable, but the room size, dated furnishings, lighting and bed comfort could be improve
Pros:

The Breakfast offered a resanable variety of options and was satisfactory overall, althought a wider selection and improved quality in some items would have enchased the experience

The location was convinent for getting around and accessing nearby amenities making it suitable for my stay

Cons:

The hotel could improve by mordenizing the rooms and furnishings, the room felt smaller than expected, the furnitures appeared datedand the lighting made the room feel quite dark. the building itself seemed to be showing its age and the beds were not as comfortable as i would have liked. addressing these areas would significantly enchase the overall guest experience

Pros:

We had a Taj experience. A great mention of cleanliness and the staff were very friendly. Food was excellent 👌🏼

Cons:

Nothing of that sort. Expected seprate kids swimming area. Tat was a disappointment.

Good place but charging was unreliable
Pros:

It’s clean and convenient

Cons:

Reason for me to book this place was due to e charging facilities. However, the fast chargers were not functioning properly and the staffs were unable to help either. Secondly, the slow charger we plugged in to charge but someone overnight pulled it off without our consent, which was very disappointing

Nothing much it’s decent for family stay for couple of days. Hotel may need some modern looks but it’s still ok to manage. For couple of days

Great value for money in Chennai!
Pros:

I was nicely welcomed by Achint, he was so kind to offer a free room upgrade.
The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. I really liked my room with a nice view, quiet location and comfortable bed.
