Spacious, easy to find, easy to navigate around the building, kind caring staff, easy to collect and drop off key
Comfortable bed clean room.
The location, staff, and hotel are excellent. Staff managed to check me in earlier. They also offer to watch luggage.
£15 extra charge for a dog per day. That's not unusual but it would be useful to know in advance how much they charge.

Lift was noisy and wobbly
It was convenient to the station. The staff were very nice.
Without wanting to sound dramatic, I found this a particularly joyless experience. The absence of anything vaguely comfortable in the room, just made me feel sad. At least install a net curtain so guests can see sunlight without exposing themselves to the houses across the road. There was an underlying smell of urine. Unbelievably overpriced.
