Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. Breakfast service was well thought out and delicious

Cons:

The only thing was the fan in the bathroom didn’t work.

great location and staff
Pros:

the location was perfect, so close to the station and bus stops, the staff was so nice and helpful, the room size was great for 2 people

Cons:

the floors in the room were a bit dirty (dust on the floor, if you walk barefoot you might want to hit the shower before bed), we could’ve used two sets of towels (hair and body) but we only had one towel per person

Pros:

The location and facilities around where good

Cons:

On arrival bed inspection there were three long black hairs in my bed, the aircon was streaming out water and causing a huge puddle on the floor. When complaining we were told we were being moved to floor 5 one under the one we were on which was fine. When we went collect the keys it was room 202 with no window to fresh air. Was a much cleaner room though

I would happily stay there again.
Pros:

Very conveniently situated next to the train station. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thank goodness also for the air conditioning.
