Stayed here for a few days with friends. Its a nice hotel within minutes walk of Brighton Station. The room was clean & comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would stay here again when next in Brighton.

The area is becoming seedy which is a great shame.
Molto comodo per visitare Brighton e vicinissimo alla stazione. Staff gentile e disponibile, abbiamo potuto lasciare le valigie sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Ci hanno assegnato una camera per persone con disabilità, spaziosa ma non idonea alle nostre esigenze, soprattutto per il bagno (doccia con tenda a pavimento, che si allaga facilmente). Bene per una notte e giro di città e dintorni.
Hotel was good and near all transport
There was nothing not to like stayed here a couple off times this year and neaver had nothing to complain about

Fantastic stay! The hotel was lovely very convenient as we arrived by train. Shops and beach a short walk away and Brighton is just lovely! The staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean the beds comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. We all slept very well and even though we were facing a busy road it’s was very quiet.

I’ve been staying here each year in the summer for about three years and it’s very convenient and comfortable. Rooms are fairly quiet particularly around the back
The price leap each year is not reasonable. Pricing is very cynically inflated around certain events that are happening in Brighton. I think they should be a bit more fair with the pricing
Good affordable option for one night. Clean room. Great air conditioning.
Felt budget (e.g the bathroom and room being below street level) however this is reflected in the price.
Only the location was close to station
⭐☆☆☆☆ The receptionist was extremely rude and unfriendly. The room had a terrible smell, and the bed sheets looked unchanged and unclean. Very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
