Pros:

Very convenient to the station, shopping areas and beach. Good value for money. Found it to be quiet, clean and comfortable (pillows far more comfortable than a Holiday Inn). Required an extra pillow and the member of staff was more than happy to assist. Felt safe and aircon was great.

Cons:

Having to carry around a passport and the fear of losing it or it getting stolen.
Didn't like the small side table next to the bed or a plug sockets not being near it (if im being picky).

Gave what was needed but a little cramped

Property was nice and welcoming the staff were also lovely and welcoming

Cons:

There was a uncomfortable pull out bed rather than a double bed in the family room we had. The toilet and shower was very small and compact

Competitive price for location
Pros:

Clean. Welcoming staff. Reasonably priced restaurant. Very close to station.

Cons:

Booked an accessible room, but not enough thought given to needs of disabled. E.g. bed too high. Shower chair placed well away from shower. Chair by desk - hard plastic. Very uncomfortable. Not every disabled person has a carer to help.

Pros:

we have stayed before but did notice there were some changes with the room. No liner in the waste bin. Only one hand towel. The room was very clean and tidy. No spare pillow for each bed. I am aware as there is a need to keep costs down. We are staying again in January 2027. We like the location and enjoy people watching out the room window. The food in the restaurant was very good and we enjoyed it all. Thank you to all the team working during our stay.
