I had scheduled a trip and stay at Marriott. India and Pakistan started war during stay. Given circumstances, I wanted to cancel my stay. Marriot refused to cancel and all my money got waste.

The lack of empathy and thoughtful on behalf of Marriot is appalling specially given circumstances that are act of god.

I will never stay there and they should be banned from Expedia as they do not have similar philosophy as Expedia.

During my month long trip to India I had the sincere pleasure to stay at the JW Marriott, Aerocity, New Delhi on three occasions for a total of 7 nights. This 5 star hotel provided me with luxurious accommodations as well as varied, abundant and delicious food beautifully served in the dining room or via room service. The breakfast buffet is beyond comparison having so many options. During my last evening I enjoyed a sumptuous buffet created by Chef. Kunwar Hemendra Singh from Rajasthan.

The best part of my stay, however, was the staff who treated me with the utmost respect, kindness and hospitality. Regrettably I don’t have the names of all of the individuals who made my stay memorable but here are few that I wish to recognize:
Vivek, Shalu, Shahnawaz, Arpan, Maria and Priyanka at the welcome desk;
Rajesh, Ishant and Aamir who respectively helped me with my luggage; provided me with translation services with my Make My Trip driver; logistics and general support;
Sunbbar, and Sabin Kumah who impeccably cared for my room leaving me sweet creations on my bed that made me smile;
Rajdip and Bharti at the bar who listened to my tales of travelling in India;
Suraj, and the delightful staff Vikash Shweth Sunil Arun Manoj who greeted me at breakfast gifting me the sweetest traditional pink earrings that matched my dress perfectly. And last but not least, Helen in the Spa who gave me a wonderful full body and facial treatments. I so look forward to returning to the Marriott ❤️
