Très bien mais dommage pour le spa, massage.

Tout est bien le personnel ya rien a dire sur ça, le petit déjeuner étais très bien la piscine nickel

C’était écris qu’il y avait un spa, massage mais quand on a demander il n’y avait pas il nous on dit.

Pros:

Красивый бутик-отель с уютной территорией, приятным внутренним двориком и хорошим расположением. Завтраки были вполне хорошими.

Мы путешествовали вдвоем с мамой. В день моего раннего выезда персонал разрешил маме бесплатно остаться в номере на час дольше и подарил небольшой набор сладостей в качестве извинения за возникшие неудобства. Это было очень приятно, и мы благодарны за этот жест.

Cons:

К сожалению, впечатление от проживания испортило большое количество организационных недочетов.

При бронировании мы сразу выбрали номер с двумя отдельными кроватями. Затем несколько раз заранее связывались с отелем через Booking, чтобы подтвердить это, и еще раз напомнили при заселении. Несмотря на это, нас разместили в номере с одной кроватью. После повторного обращения нас переселили, но хотелось бы, чтобы подобные просьбы выполнялись с первого раза.

Мы приехали уже после официального времени заселения, однако нас все равно попросили подождать около 15 минут.

Сам номер был уже заметно изношен. Сиденье унитаза не соответствовало размеру унитаза, фиксатор душевой лейки был сломан, поэтому пользоваться душем можно было только удерживая лейку рукой. В ванной также были поврежденные элементы и следы износа. По отдельности это мелочи, но для отеля с таким высоким рейтингом они производят странное впечатление.

Самым большим разочарованием стал мой ранний выезд. Я заранее дважды попросила подготовить breakfast box, так как мне нужно было выехать из отеля в 4 утра. Просьбу подтвердили, однако утром никакого завтрака не оказалось. В результате мне пришлось отправиться в долгую дорогу без завтрака.

Бассейн довольно маленький. Если гостей много, воспользоваться ими практически невозможно.

Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist gepflegt und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und hat uns gut geschmeckt.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter. Vor allem Ömer Bey und Hüseyin Bey haben sich mit großem Engagement darum bemüht, den Gästen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten und jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass unser Zimmer mit Teppichboden ausgestattet war, was wir aus hygienischen Gründen nicht optimal fanden. Außerdem wirkte die Duschkabine etwas in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel aber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die zentrale Lage ist hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Very well located. Only a 7min walk to old harbour and swim spots. Very lively atmosphere during the evenings. Lots of coffer shops around in the area + if you like shopping this is the area to be. Onsite restaurant. stunning terrace and outdoor pool area. Staff duper accommodating and always tries to help

Pros:

The property was very nice and relaxed with a gorgeous kidney shaped (s shape pool) tiled lovely ….. and was very clean and lovely overflow rim pool …seamlessly level at all times … rooms very clean and very good size / large …. The restaurant around the pool all night set for romantic meals …. Is a stunning romantic look !! The design of the hotel is very good and has a smart villa look from all angles ….. staff amazing and very very helpful morning was too much trouble at any time …….. breakfast was very good …. Lovely Turkish breakfast with much salad / melons eggs cooked to liking …. I love my food and eat more than any one I’ve ever seen…. And it’s plenty for me / healthy !!! Can eat super clean or indulge … your choice …… breakfast staff amazing …. Like all staff ….. was a pleasure to say bye to them !! Front of staff/ reception is Huseyin is very very nice and makes you feel wanted and a special guest and helps you at all times 10/10/ Omer is breakfast and restaurant and works the bar and is a pleasure to say hi to every morning etc…. Well mannered great smiley bloke ….. and Bora another restaurant worker in charge of spreads in morning / makes sure workers are doing it to his liking and yours 10/10….. well worth the money 💰….. I’ve done 2+ weeks in Antalya this visit and 4 hotels ….. ranging from 5 star 🌟…. To ultra boutiques in old town kaleici and this hotel is well well worth the money …..cheaper than many / and has better breakfast … better pool and ambience layed back …….10/10🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿✈️
