Pros:

We hebben een hele mooie kamer ontvangen met zicht op het zwembad en restaurant was prachtig, hiervoor willen wij Omer heel erg bedanken. Ook werden we verwelkomt met een lekkere drankje.

Salam. Mən Elegance East Hoteldə 4 gün qaldım. İlk gün otağın havalandırma sistemində problem yarandı. Bu barədə məlumat verdikdən sonra bizi daha rahat VIP otağa köçürdülər.

Otel çox təmiz, səliqəli, geniş və rahat idi. Personal son dərəcə məsuliyyətli, nəzakətli və qonaqpərvər davranırdı. Axşamlar canlı musiqi, ləzzətli yeməklər və hovuz kənarındakı xoş atmosfer istirahətimizi daha da yaddaqalan etdi.

Otelin şəhərin mərkəzində yerləşməsi də böyük üstünlük idi. Ətrafda çoxlu restoranlar və alış-veriş mərkəzləri var idi.

Bir sözlə, bu oteldən çox razı qaldım. Yenidən həmin şəhərə getsəm, mütləq Elegance East Hoteldə qalacağam.

Pros:

Ozellikle huseyin bey ve ömer bey e cok tesekkurler. Aşırı ilgili ve yardimseverlerdi. Hersey cok duzgun guzel ve temizdi. Sabahki kahvaltilar ve aksamki koktelyler harikaydi. Tekrar gelmeye deger.

Nice boutique hotel, good service
Pros:

I was actually expecting it to be not that great since some of the other reviews complained about noise. We stayed in 203 and it was quiet at night. Nicely designed rooms and comfortable beds. The grounds are pleasant and the staff helpful, and friendly. I don’t like buffets but the breakfast here was pretty good to my surprise. Fresh produce, and a nice assortment of options without diminishing quality.

Cons:

I’m giving this place 9/10 because the shower heads need work to stay up. Other than that, perfect stay.

Great staff and beautiful hotel

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. They even organised a birthday surprise, but we fell asleep early that night and missed it!

I love this hotel for its location, the design and the ambiance of the hotel territory is amazing.

The bathroom door in room 301 doesn’t provide much privacy, as it’s just a glass partition from the main room:)

Even better then my past visits!
Pros:

Breakfast near the swimming pool with great food. What you see on pictures is the same thing you get . In the evening you can enjoy your dinner in the calm & lovely pool restaurant.
Personeel was very welcoming and friendly :
Hussain, Sevda Nur, Omer, Sude..
Without hesitation from me & my family we recommend this Hotel.

Pros:

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, la camera era spaziosa e molto pulita, la colazione è varia e di altissima qualità e viene servita a bordo piscina, in un ambiente molto raffinato.
Segnalo anche la cortesia dello staff che è prontamente intervenuta per aiutarci a risolvere un contrattempo che abbiamo avuto nell'organozzazione della nostra vacanza. Grazie Omer e Sevde Nur!
