Very peaceful and quiet stay, close to the town. The room was nice - microwave was a nice touch. Breakfast was basic, but we were glad to get it in house. All of the staff members were cheerful and helpful.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were first given a room. We received the room card and went upstairs, only to discover that the room was already occupied by another guest. There were clearly personal belongings and luggage belonging to someone else inside the room.
We immediately returned to the reception and explained the situation. We were then given another room. However, when we entered the second room, we found that the beds and pillows were extremely dirty and covered in black stains, the trash bins were full of garbage, and the room was in an unacceptable and extremely unhygienic condition.
Under these circumstances, we decided that it was absolutely impossible for us to stay at this hotel. We returned to the reception, explained the situation again, handed back the room cards, and left the hotel without staying.
This is clearly not the accommodation we booked or reasonably expected, and we were unable to use the room due to the hotel’s unacceptable conditions.
Therefore, I request a full refund of the amount paid for this reservation.
Please review this matter urgently and confirm when the full refund will be processed

Very kind staff, we had problems with our credit card and they were very helpful and patient with us. They really saved us and made our trip easier.
The room was excellent -- very clean and spacious. Breakfast was good with many choices. Staff was helpful and friendly.
The mattress on the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable -- a simple foam topper could be included with the sofa bed linens. And the "fitted" sheet was for a much larger bed than the twin sofa bed mattress.
The bacon wasn't fully cooked! Otherwise the breakfast was very good.
Room was clean. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.
Good place to stay on our way from Niagara Falls to NYC. Clean and comfortable.
