Pros:

Breakfast is was very good. Lots of choices. Very nice staff.

Dameon at the front desk was very helpful and very welcoming . Special shout out to him.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, lobby, and grounds. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

I had a mystery charge of $23.00 appear on my bank statement in addition to the charge for the room. Which wasn't explained too clearly when I asked about it. I was told it would "drop off" in about 5 days. It has yet to drop off at the time of this posting. - 5 days
The room was very bland. No pictures on the walls and very dull in atmosphere. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
There was nowhere within reach of the shower to hang towels.
There were so many cameras in the building that it made us really feel unwelcome and untrustworthy. I understand the need for them, but seriously, that many??

Pros:

The whole facility was clean. The outdoor space was attract and the pool heated. Breakfast provided was good with plenty of options. The property was located in a convenient place that made walking to downtown dining and shopping easy. Definitely will stay here again
