Hôtel Le Manoir

Cant complain. The room was spotless, the bed comfy, and the staff kind. Plus, the bar / restaurant has great food options. Would come back in a heartbeat.

This hotel is not accommodating. Additionally, they are extremely hard to get ahold of. Very poor customer service.

We had city view with a bathtub with rust in it, room and bed were clean. No free breakfast was available with stay. Second time there maybe sea view rooms are considered luxury and better cared for. The staff was amazing at the reception area. It was late and he was so accommodating and friendly at 11pm at night. I was tired and a friendly face like his deserves a raise. I will definitely look into Seaview side again.

J’ai eu un mauvais imprévu et j’ai dû annuler à la dernière minute. Très déçue du service à la clientèle, l’homme à la réception m’a dit que je devrais contacter Expedia pour le remboursement. Expedia a tenté à plusieurs reprises, mais l’hôtel a refusé. Ils n’ont pas voulu me rembourser même pas en partie, ce qui aurait été satisfaisant. Je suis consciente que ma réservation était « non-remboursable », mais il y a des hôtels qui sont plus flexibles et ont plus de cœur que ça.

Bravo pour le nouveau stationnement avec 6 bornes de recharge gratuites!

La qualité du ménage n’y était pas.
On voit la volonté de rénovation dans la chambre mais rien n’est terminé. Toutefois, la vue au réveil sur le fleuve est magnifique.

A beautiful, if not a little dated, property. Right on the water, adjacent to walking trails and stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and ferry port.

The hotel is classic. A comfortable, old world style place. The rooms are well kept, although the bathrooms couldnuse an update. Parking is easy, but the property can be tricky to get to. Worth a stay if you're in Baie Comeau.

The hotel has a beautiful location and view. The room is a bit small and dated but had everything we needed. The food in the dining room was delicious when we went for dinner.

Main stairway to front door was not illuminated after dark, so I told receptionist who said it was on a timer and nothing she could do.
Lots of hot water in evening but only cold in the morning.

Best hotel in the area. Note that there are no housekeeping services if you stay several days. Understandable because they seemed sold out.
