According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

O hotel é confortável e bem localizado,
O Ibis tem dois hotéis no mesmo lugar. E quando cheguei a recepção estava cheia. Fiquei quase uma hora na fila do check in pra ao ser atendida descobrir que estava no hotel errado. E isto aconteceu com outras pessoas também. Acho que o hotel deveria fazer um trabalho na recepção para orientar os clientes e evitar este tipo de situação.
