Equipe mal humorada. Quarto péssimo, pequeno, com degrau para acessar o banheiro, não disponibilizam toalhas de rosto, os lençóis são péssimos, parecendo um papel. Não tem serviço de quarto e não disponibilizam cobertas no mesmo, se você se dá conta que precisa de uma coberta tem que buscar no meio da noite na portaria. O colchão fica aparecendo porque economizam até na capa do colchão, tinha um GRAMPO desses de grampeador cravado no colchão, fez um arranhão feio na minha perna. Enfim, experiência deplorável pelo preço que cobram.
