Pros:

La excepcional atención en el mostrador de Arianna. Ella no sólo contestó mis preguntas. Me dió solución más allá de lo esperado.
Estuvo totalmente al pendiente del asunto de transporte que me preocupaba.
Además su inglés fue impecable, a diferencia del resto de sus compañeros.

Cons:

La tina en el baño no tiene barras para sostenerse. Entrar y salir de ella no es tan sencillo.
Tampoco tuvimos toallas de manos
