ولكن فقط خدمة المواقف لديهم الموظف الموجود انه يصر ان ياخد مفاتيح السيارة ولكنني ركنتها بمكان فارغ ولا اريد اعطاءه مفاتيح السيارة

لذلك اربكني وازعجني قليلا ولكن مع ذلك لم اعطه مفاتيح السيارة وطلب مني تعديل مكان ركن السيارة وهذا ما لم يعجبني وانني ركنتها بمكان مناسب ولكن لانني رفضت ان اعطيه مفاتيح السيارة ف طلبت مني التغير والى ماذلك

مع الاسف كنت من رواد هذا الفندق واللي أحزنني حقا هو تردي المستوي كنت أسبوعيا احجز عندكم غرفه وانقطعت سنه ولما حجزت مرة أخرى أمس تفاجات بمستوى الخدمة ارجو أن لا تستائو من كلامي فكما اشدت بالمعاملة السابقة اقول رأيي في المعاملة الحالية وارجو أن تأخذوا كلامي بعين الاعتبار فلقد قدرتم مسبقا على تحقيق مستوى عال من الخدمة
