Great location, cleanhelpful staff.
Pros:

Location is excellent! It is close to Seoul Station with a shuttle bus provided, 2 min walk to City Hall station and lots of nearby bus stops. There is 7 Eleven & Starbucks near the base of the building and lots of Korean restaurants and great cafes within 3 min walk. It is a central location to get to the Main Palace, Myeondong night markets and Seoul Tower. The hotel staff are super helpful and recommended the best Beef Korean BBQ place that was close by (go early as there is a wait). We had a night flight back to Sydney and the hotel kept our luggage for the day after check out while we did more shopping and sight seeing.

Very nice staff and location, the facilities were good and holds a good standard.
Pros:

Staff was really nice and the gym as well as the location was amazing.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit old and the cleaning lacked during some days of my stay. Things weren’t replaced and not too clean.
