Great hotel for our holiday!

Amazing
Pros:

I loved how clean the hotel was and rooms, how kind the staff were and helpful. The location was very good, close to train stations which was so convenient. Loved how spacious the rooms were!

Cons:

The elevators took a little bit longer than usual together to the level, another thing is it would have been amazing if they had their own washing machines and dryers (I understand they do a washing service) but it would’ve been better in my opinion to have their own machines. Other than that the hotel was amazing

Very convenient location, nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Nice bar with good view upstairs!

Had breakfast outside the hotel as many places around to do that

Had a great stay with onsen on level 16 worth the stay
Pros:

Great sized room, had all that you need here.. some language barriers but apps for that… staff were great and helpful… free water and daily service.. will def be back here close to food and coffee had a great time

Cons:

The cold weather…… only 1 umbrella available and reception didnt want to give another, said they had no more. Room service prices were ridiculous

地理位置很好，去任何景點都非常方便

Cons:

入柱時被要求要刷一筆費用，但系統並無事先告知，進到房間後有一紙說明為什麼入住要要預刷，若能系統上先告知或許就不會很震驚。
