Ich plane in naher Zukunft eine weitere Reise nach Seoul und buche sicherlich wieder dieses Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war hervorragend, zu einem guten Preis. Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofes, zu Fuß bewältigbar. Gute Lokalszene direkt in der Hotelumgebung. Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant ausgezeichnet. Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal. Ich komme wieder!

Cons:

Wir wollten bei der Abreise ein Taxi zum Bahnhof bestellen; aufgrund der Nähe war um 6.00 Uhr in der Früh kein Taxi aufzutreiben (Fahrstrecke zu kurz); das war jetzt keine Schuld des Hotels. Hätten wir das am Vortag gewusst, wäre eventuell eine Fahrt mit dem hoteleigenen Shuttle buchbar gewesen. Wir waren fünf Personen und hatten große Koffer.
Das hat aber mit der Zufriedenheit mit dem Hotel nichts zu tun.

Correcto
Pros:

Es un hotel que se encuentra ubicado en una zona muy céntrica accesible a todo. Además hay un servicio de autobuses limusina que te deja justo en el hotel. La parada del metro está relativamente cerca, y todo lo importante para ver se puede hacer andando.

Cons:

La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear. Además al hotel le hace falta un lavado de cara porque se le ve que está anticuado.

침대가 불편한 점만 개선된다면 다시 이용하고 싶습니다. I would stay here again if the uncomfortable beds were replaced
Pros:

The space of the room was the most impressive. The location is excellent, and the room size is suitable for families. Having an in-room washer and dryer was especially convenient and made our family stay much more comfortable.

Cons:

침대는 상당히 불편했습니다. 매트리스의 스프링이 몸에 그대로 느껴져 편안하게 휴식을 취하기 어려웠고, 숙면을 방해하는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.
The beds were quite uncomfortable. The mattress springs could be felt through the bed, which made it difficult to rest comfortably and affected the quality of sleep.

decent hotel with basic comforts in good location but needs upgrading of rooms and elevator system.
Pros:

location was good as has many eateries and cafes nearby and can walk to Namdaemun and myeongdong. the premium room i booked was very spacious with kitchenette and even microwave. short walk to Seoul Plaza, Green and blue lines subway stations.

Cons:

The hotel lobby area is very small and some reception staff can be friendlier. Service from housekeeping and room service as quite prompt and efficient. While my room was very spacious the decor and overall interior and furniture were very old making the room look drab and not welcoming. Rooms need refurbishing. As for the coffee capsules they gave only Americano which is more for the locals. Should provide better coffee capsules to cater to foreign tourists as this hotel seems to have mostly foreigners. Elevator system also needs upgrading as we can only call for the lifts one by one lol. Very strange in today's world for a four star hotel

Overall great stay quite central but not too busy compared to centre of myeongdong. Great for fams
Pros:

The front staff were lovely and accommodating. We stay here all the time we visit Seoul. We like that it has everything we need spacious, swimming pool, gym, washing machine. We had issues with our second booking and the front desk (esp Julie) put in a lot of care to help us that the reservation team couldn’t help us out even tho we were long stay customers. They were always attentive and accomodating. We stay here all the time and this place doesn’t disappoint. It has great facilitates location is great not in centre of all the tourist areas and reception have always been so accomodating. Also we found all the front desk staff super helpful with helping us with deliveries and luggage!

Cons:

Reservation department could have been more helpful. We also found the pillows uncomfortable and room was dusty. My dust mite allergies were flaring up a lot. I ended up cleaning some of the aircon vents as it was very dusty. I wasn’t sure why I needed to pay extra for my second baby when we already had our own bed found that cost a bit ridiculous but was hotel policy.
