Hotel confortável, muito bem localizado, ótimo café da manhã. O quarto era enorme, o banheiro muito grande também. Gostamos bastante, em nossas viagens para Porto Velho será sempre nossa escolha prioritária

Paguei uma diaria e tive que ir embora por conta de situação de passagem aérea ter antecipado, entrei no apto sem ter usado nada, sentei cadeira trabalho e fiquei no telefone buscando solução no meu problema , resolvi e consegui antecipar o voo para o mesmo dia a noite 22:00hs, não usei nada. O apto, mas a diária não teve como ser perdoada por conta de ter ficado apto alguns minutos, seria checar e ver que nada se mexeu, mas não foi excluída a diária, jamais voltarei neste local, seria fácil resolver, com 01 estadia em qq lugar do Brasil eu pagaria mais umas duas ou três estadias e ficaria final de semana para curtir a estrutura boa de todos hotéis do grupo, atualmente não fico em mais nenhum hotel do grupo
Minha profissão sou gerente nacional de vendas de um laboratório e creio que perderam um bom cliente .

É bom, mas vale procurar outro
Pros:

Localização ótima, menos de dez minutos de distância do aeroporto. Confortável, limpeza boa.

Cons:

Room service ruim demais. Pedi jantar (hamburguer) e demorou três horas pra ficar pronto. Atendentes enrolando, dizendo que ficaria pronto logo (quando liguei pra reclamar), mas era mentira. Entregaram quando eu já dormia (e por isso recusei).
Além disso, o cartão-chave requer constante renovação.
