Great service by staff. Excellent deescalation by management with difficult customers handled great by Stefany and the day management. Highly recommend for business trips.

Cyrus Raul and Nick were on shift when I showed up. They did a good job parking my old manual transmission car and ensuring it locked overnight because I had some items stored inside of it.

Thomas was absolutely amazing! 10/10 service. It was my first time at The Hotel Flor and The Dan and he was so helpful! If you’re ever here, ask for Thomas specifically for valet!

Thomas was the fastest valet service I’ve ever experienced. He helped us load our car and walked me to my door. That was so nice!

We stayed downtown for the 250th 4th of July festivities. Clean, comfy room, and helpful staff. Close proximity to the Riverwalk, for exploring everything the waterfront has to offer!

The Flor Hotel has been a good place to stay during the National Veterans Golden Age Games. My six day stay has been very pleasant. It was easy to come in from a long day of competing and to quickly transition to my room for a shower or rest. The elevators were very efficient. I never waited more than two minutes for a ride up or down to the eighth floor. Of note was the shuttle service provided by Ulises Torres. He was extremely helpful when I needed a restaurant recommendation, and he took me there and picked me up when I called him.

My family had the opportunity to be serviced by Stefany in their restaurant. Her service was superb. She was kind and very patient!

My husband and I recently got married at Hotel Flor, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better venue or experience. From the incredible food to the outstanding service, every detail exceeded our expectations. We had the pleasure of working with Amafi and Jenny from start to finish, and they were absolutely amazing. Amafi, especially, was there every step of the way and helped take any bridal stress completely off my plate. Her support, attention to detail, and genuine care made the entire planning process so much easier and more enjoyable. The entire team went above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect. Everything was beautifully executed, and our guests are still talking about how wonderful the food and atmosphere were. As two Tampa locals, we can confidently say that Hotel Flor is the place to be. If you're looking for a wedding venue with an incredible team, exceptional service, and a truly memorable experience, look no further. We are so grateful and would choose Hotel Flor all over again!

From the front desk clerk to the valet attendants (Cyrus and Nick) the personnel are top notch. Always keeping their guests first. We felt pampered and valued.

While we were at the Hotel Flor in Tampa Florida for the Veterans Administration’s Golden Games, a Valet Attendant name Cyrus was kind enough help relocate all our luggage and belongings to another floor. He was patient, kind and extremely helpful. This will be among some of the best memories we have about this hotel.

Everyone at the hotel has been extraordinarily nice and helpful. The valet staff, particularly Cyrus and Rocco, have made outings to/from the hotel so much easier. Always friendly, willing to help my dad get in and out of the car, and helping with bags.

Very grateful for the kindness and patience exhibited by Cyrus and Fabian; a part of the valet team while, at our stay at the Hotel Flor. They were amazing in communicating and provided excellent service.

We were there for the Jennifer Hudson/Josh Groban concert, which was awesome btw! We have stayed at this hotel one time before, and I will tell you this is one of the best hotels in Downtown Tampa, a SLEEPER. It is not waterfront, but location is perfectly fine to everything one would want to do in Downtown Tampa. We did take the complimentary shuttle to the concert (a wife hair consideration!), but then did an easy walk back to the hotel after. The facility is magnificent and perfectly in line with what is represented by the Tapestry Collection brand under the Hilton umbrella. Also, service was exceptional, beginning and ending with the Valet staff, the Front Desk team during arrival, the two ladies working Cass Street Cafe, and ending with a checkout with AK, who was extremely cordial and followed up as discussed with my final folio. The room we were in was outstanding. A 4.6 rating on TripAdvisor is an excellent representation of the overall experience and testament to the fine job this TEAM does in running an excellent hotel! Great job and thank you!

The Hotel Flor is our go to when attending an event at the Straz Performing Arts Center, walking distance away. Rooms and staff are excellent, and we always enjoy our pre-theatre dinner in the hotel's restaurant, The Dan. Special shout out to their superb valet parking team, especially Cyrus and Anthony.

Anthony S and Cyrus are absolute rockstars! From the moment we pulled up, they were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They got our car parked and retrieved super fast — no waiting around at all, even during a busy time.
What really stood out was how warm and conversational they were. They made us feel genuinely welcome with easy, friendly chat that put us in a great mood right away. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do and take pride in great service.
