Beautiful, clean room. Nicholas at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Food at the restaurant, delicious. Big shout out to Nicholas, keep leading the way!

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to the Riverwalk, close to the Tampa Wall Postcard. The Dan Restaurant on the main floor.

Excellent hotel, very clean, room was large and comfortable and very clean. Ideally located for everything. Small restaurant for breakfast considering the amount of rooms. We waited an hour to get breakfast

Very nice, comfortable hotel. The amenities were nice. Staff was excellent. The gentleman that drove the shuttle. Mr. Torres was fantastic.

We had an outstanding weekend for my son’s wedding. The staff could not have been more helpful. I would like to recognize Miguel and Jhon the valets who not only took care of our vehicles but helped us transporting all our wedding supplies in addition to our luggage. They went over and above for us!!

I stay at the Flor on a regular basis. Sophia at Cass Street Coffee is amazing! She is always so friendly and the coffee is excellent. Best part of my stay.

While the location is less than desirable for walking in the cold to the convention center, the shuttle service operated by Ulises Torres was remarkable! It was always available within 5 minutes. If I had another shot of staying in Tampa, it would be at the Hotel Flor.

room 1906 was so spacious and lovely. The staff at check out with kind keeping out luggage. The bed was nice, comfortable with nice linens. Loved the furniture in the room, bathroom was spacious. Lovely large windows and view

While I would rate Hotel Flora a 3 out of 5 overall, the customer service was an absolute 5 out of 5—and truly made our stay memorable. While the hotel is definitely dated and the rooms are in need of some repair, Mikesha C. and Shantel M. at the front desk and driving the shuttle went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed, appreciated, and genuinely valued. Their professionalism, warmth, and willingness to help at every turn were phenomenal and deserve special recognition.
Mikesha even accompanied my husband in a search for my son’s iPad, which had been left in the restaurant the night before following an incredible wedding after-party. Thanks to her diligence, the iPad was later found safely locked in an office.

I also want to extend heartfelt thanks to Gabby in the Don for the exceptional care she showed us each morning. She made every dining experience feel personal and special—and the surprise of a muffin and candle to help celebrate my birthday was such a thoughtful and touching gesture.

We were deeply grateful to celebrate not only my birthday, but also the beautiful wedding of my son to his new bride. The wedding reception venue was top-notch from beginning to end, and the celebration wrapped up perfectly—watching a Chicago Bears win, enjoying fabulous cocktails, and great pizza.

Thank you to all the staff who made this milestone celebration feel so special. The service truly made the difference.

My experience with Mikesha C. was wonderful. When I realized I had to check my devices which were not allowed in the federal courthouse, she happily assisted and helped reduce the amount of time it took me to get by to the courthouse. Even when I realized I left my ID in the bag and came back for it, she handled it all with a smile. Overall wonderful experience.

We had such a great stay at Hotel Flo. Sophia at Cass St Coffee made some good drinks and we had great conversation. We’ll definitely stop by again when we are back in the area!

I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels and this one is a new favorite! Absolutely love the incorporation of the old 1920s architecture with modern amenities. Fantastic location, design all the things and super clean highly recommend.

Location is great and staff was great as well. The Dan was convenient and we all enjoyed our meal. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Ulises Torres transported us to a couple of places and he was super nice and told us some great spots to check out! He was very helpful!
