Outstanding service from valet parking, restaurant, front desk reception, staff and room. Unique experience. Professionalism at its best. Thank you.-
Nice large room and bathroom. Some traffic noise. Our toilet didn't flush good and by the middle of the night was totally broken and running we had to keep the doors shut. Also the alarm went off at 5:00 in the morning they still have old school alarm clocks I'm surprised the housekeeping doesn't check that that was very upsetting after being at a concert late night. When I told the receptionist the next morning I just got an "oh sorry". Over a hotel is nice parking is pricey. The restaurant was good.
The room was very nice. Clean and the bed was comfortable.
Service in the restaurant was too slow.
Beautiful place, the room was very spacious and beautiful as well. We got complimentary waters every day. We needed to use the shuttle and sadly it never worked so we had to get ubers. Other than that. Everything was great, about a mile from the wharf and more of the downtown central stuff.(posted all my pics in Google review)
I needed to write this view in order to convey how wonderful it was to work with Amalfi Lopez to plan our wedding at the hotel floor.
Amalfi took over our wedding plan from another coordinator. From the beginning, she m
Her exact words were I will do everything to make sure that this day is as special as you expect. That was accomplished!
Starting with set up, there were a lot of things that needed to be in place.
Backdrops behind the wedding table, place settings exactly the way we wanted them to be. She took such an effort, that out of her own pocket she picked up little things such as candles that were exactly right for our table. If I named everything she did, we’d be here all day. Without a hitch, she made sure that the coordination of the DJ , delivery of the wedding cake and making sure all of our guests were checked in. The passing out bags for our out-of-towners. She put in extra time to coordinate our sound would be heard in all areas of our wedding from cocktail hour to the end of the reception with the DJ.
Her listening skills were the Primary reason for the success of how our plans come together juggling many things.
Just a few examples shown above.
To finish I would like to say that, even as we were checking out the next day, we were not rushed, and the staff had everything packed for us so all we had to do is loaded in the car and leave.
I would like to thank Amalfi and the Hotel Flor for our day was “Perfect” !

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue than Hotel Flor for our wedding.
One of the most unique aspects of Hotel Flor is its stunning 1920s-inspired style. It truly feels like stepping into another era. That vintage charm is such a big part of its beauty, with timeless details and an atmosphere that made our entire day feel romantic, elegant, and unforgettable. Every space photographed beautifully, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how unique and gorgeous the venue was.
Another huge highlight was the amount of space available for guests. Whether it was the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception, everything felt open, comfortable, and never crowded. It allowed everyone to spread out, relax, and fully enjoy the celebration, which made such a difference in the overall experience.
Our guests also loved the convenience of having everything in one place—from the ceremony to the reception to accommodations—which made the whole experience feel like a special getaway for everyone.
If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I can’t recommend Hotel Flor enough. It truly made our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.
Gabby and Stefany made us feel like family, they paid attention to every detail of our breakfast and provided exceptional service, we would definitely come back for them…
Stefany and Gabby are truly the best in the world at what they do. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail stand out from the very beginning. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done perfectly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their work and the people they serve.
Working with them was an amazing experience—everything felt smooth, organized, and stress-free. I highly recommend Stefany and Gabby to anyone looking for top-quality service. You won’t be disappointed.
Gabby and Stefany where amazing food was great
Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
The entire property has been overhauled, leaving little to be desired. I can understand upgrading, but to literally remove all the characteristics of the hotel’s history is disheartening.
The first room we were in smelled like mold and mildew, with frayed carpeting. The second room we were moved to had a piercing sound that the maintenance man couldn't figure out, and said the same issue was on multiple floors. My husband realized it was the refrigerator compressor after unplugging the refrigerator. It stopped. We made sure to let the front desk know what was going on so that all the other floors could be corrected. We were given breakfast for two at the Dan. Lots of hidden fees that were not explained up front. The total out of pocket coat as a FL resident was over $1000 just to sleep there for two nights? Valet parking was also not explained, so we made sure to let the front desk know that all required amenities be explained to all guests. It was stated there was a large sign that you can’t miss? Well on Friday night that was not the case. The worst part about the whole thing is this is supposed to be a completely redone and overhauled hotel for the better???
The room was spacious. The bathroom was big and clean.. bed was very comfortable and the AC in room was great!
The Tv didnt connect, and no I didn't call the front desk. Other than that the small issue i had on the bill the front desk too care of it immediately, upon check out.
Last thing, the eggs for breakfast.... they were mixed eggs not fresh. Very disappointing, for a restaurant to not he able to scramble eggs and it be a mix.
We had such an amazing experience at the hotel! The valet experience was outstanding. Dylan at valet made our trip.
He was very timely and kind whenever he took our car! 10/10 experience, every aspect of the trip was amazing!
The location was good considering it was an alternate location because the primary one was undergoing major construction. The atmosphere was good, the rooms nice and spacious.
General cleaning is good (could use extra attention to details around the baseboard).
The value for the room is on point, but you know in Florida you pay all those extra taxes, but overall that was still a good deal four days.
Valet parking (not optional), outstanding. The car was ready when it was supposed to be, they even got things out of my car for me after parking it, so I really appreciated that.
The street noise even from the 7th floor wasn’t too bad, but if you’re a light sleeper, you might wanna go higher.
The shuttle service… PRIMO
Sophia. Pure joy to when it comes to taking care of us. She is going places!!
Hotel service was great, staff was professional and all valet staff were amazing! Thanks Miguel.
Front desk staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.
Housekeeping made our bed one of the days and somehow left a very wet spot on one side if the bed. They just skipped our service the next day. The refrigerator in our room was so loud I was forced to turn it off. Just not what one would expect for the price.
Sophia barista at Cass st coffee was absolutely lovely and excellent at her job
Clean, you need to walk.
As a single female there were unmanned doors and keycard entry, so it would be pretty easy for people off the street to enter the floors away and nor pass by the front desk
