Poor management
Pros:

I've stayed at this property a few times. However, my last experience was negative. No soap in the shower. I told the management about this issue and they didn't do anything until I went to the front desk. Even though I could not use the facilities, they never offered any type of adjustment on my bill. Service seems to be going downhill. I contact Oscar (manager) about this but no response.

Cons:

My reservation was not saved for some reason, so my reservation was then moved to the Residence Inn next door, where they were more than accommodating and I really appreciate that. My issue is that I was not informed of the issue before my arrival and where as yes my room had been upgraded to a king suite, I original booked to have two beds. I was not traveling alone, so this became an inconvenience that I was not prepared for. Residence Inn however did an amazing job in their accommodations.

The parking should be free. The back door lock was a pain. Had to scan two cards together to get in. Breakfast was cold. One of the beds in our room had hair on the sheets. We slept in the other bed. It was cleaner

Very nice, comfortable and will stay with you again.
Pros:

The bed was wonderful and so was the couch. Very firm. The shower was a great design with the hot/cold water lever at the rear of the shower. Great idea. Two TV's in the room was great.
Where can I get a sofa like that?

Cons:

The breakfast was okey. The eggs were overdone but what to expect when you're feeding 100 people over a 3hr time frame. Rule of thumb is to be there at 6am for all the good stuff.

Pros:

King suite with extra room was awesome! Hot breakfast was welcomed.

Cons:

Signage for holiday hours for breakfast was confusing so I missed breakfast one day. 1 elevator was out of order several times but the other elevator worked fine.

It is located close to the freeway and not isolated. The property is modern and very attractive and comfortable furniture.

Cons:

Parking was limited and the spaces
side and on the back— were fairly lit especially for a single person to park and walk back to enter the reception and check in foyer.
